We have recently purchased our home and me, being new to Wisconsin & not very knowledgeable about certain things, he was originally called for something the home inspector missed, upon doing that, he found an even bigger problem the home inspector missed & thankfully Jeremia caught it. The hot water heater was improperly installed/vented?? So, long story short, he was kind enough to talk with the home inspector & the home inspector is paying for the mistake, which was by no means a minor error. That's what needs to be said. I appreciated his honesty and the hard work him & his apprentice did while here. They also did a few other unexpected things for me to help me as I was having new flooring installed and I needed a plumber to take out a toilet. I only knew that he was coming to fix the gas line & disconnect the gas stove.. I was excited to see he was a plumber & even more excited that he was willing to do that extra work for me that was not scheduled and going out if the way to make it happen. Now that's excellent customer service!!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mand Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.
