When they finally scheduled an appointment to come out they were very nice but didn't give me any options. Over two weeks later they gave me an outrageous price quote. Six times more than what I ended up paying from a different company. To reduce cost they asked me to go into a wood shop and select different items. They said the would contact me with a new quote and never did. If they didn't want the job, they should have said something in the first place!
