The hot water heater was improperly installed/vented?? So, long story short, he was kind enough to talk with the home inspector & the home inspector is paying for the mistake, which was by no means a minor error. That's what needs to be said. They also did a few other unexpected things for me to help me as I was having new flooring installed and I needed a plumber to take out a toilet. I only knew that he was coming to fix the gas line & disconnect the gas stove.. I was excited to see he was a plumber & even more excited that he was willing to do that extra work for me that was not scheduled and going out if the way to make it happen.
