I also had a few other complications going on at this time that had nothing to do with my plumbing per se, and this company as well as Jason worked with me on it anyway! He explained that the pipes were crushed from construction trucks when the house was built & it needed to be replaced. He estimated $10,000 to re-run the pipes, cut the concrete & re-place cement. He billed me about $275. No photos just explanation & a VERY high quote. I calle Rotor Rutter for a 2nd opinion. They came, ran an 80 foot snake, showed photos that the pipes were o.k. & not crushed, billed us $185 & problem was solved. I REALLY feel this guy is a scammer.

Now if the story ended there then this would be a 5 star review. But it didn't. When Thomas got here my wife was at work and I was understandable stressed thinking I had a plumbing leak. When my wife arrived he talked to her for all of 2 minutes and then stood in our driveway telling me (in front of my wife) what an amazing woman she is, how she is a gift from Jesus, how she was a rare jewel that changes the mood in any room she walks into. Apparently having an equally low opinion of me he admonished me in the same passionate tone on how I need to appreciate her more and treat her like the angel she is. I need a plumber to work on my pipes not to give gushing speeches about what a saint my wife is and how I need to appreciate her more than I do. Don't get me wrong I agree with what he said but thought it wholly inappropriate to share this insight at all.
