Didn't have to, he wasn't late. They said he'd be there 8-10a. Said "GPS says I'll be there for 8:17a". Good start in my book. Tom toured the 2 floor home. It has brand new oil furnace, forced air in an "octopus" vent system, so we expected to be paying their high range of $500ish. That's half what others have quoted us though. We opted for sanitizer as well (with Moms allergies we decided to since it was being done). That was $200-250. Has a nice lemony scent for a little while, minor. Lasts less than an hour. Tom finished his work 1-2p and while he did turn on furnace to see if debris came out anywhere, nothing of note did at that time. It happened later on that soot and debris came out of all the vents. We contacted Tommy and here's why he gets the five stars he deserves. He immediately apologized profusely. He said while he's not sure why it was doing that now and didn't before, he will come right back out as soon as possible. He couldn't return until Saturday, he was on jobs when we told him (the day after, so one day was in between). And return he did. He texted his arrival time and apologized again when he showed up. He's genuine in demeanor, I don't get that vibe that he knew something was off. He was sincerely sorry and felt bad the job wasn't satisfied, worse felt bad my Mom's allergies were triggered. He spent several more hours this morning cleaning up anything he saw, and of course troubleshot where he thought the catches of debris may have happened. Very "extra" thorough, as best he could. Tommy stood by his work. His very words were he warranties his work, an actual warranty or moral one I don't think that mattered to him. He and I agree, the home's octopus vents and setup possibly made this job more difficult than a usual one. To me, it's how you handle those ones that go haywire that highlight what kind of a person and company you are. These guys passed with flying colors.

    service request moms called the company we have hired…read morepreviously for maintenancing the air conditioning unit to help resolve a plumbing issue at the house where her brother lives. the drainage system for the two toilets was in a state of complete backup, which was not catastrophic because of his proximity to her house, and the experiences he has with bedpans, but of course, is useful to have working. quality the service was excellent, with the crew of workers arriving quickly, from what i was let to know, and utilizing skill and commitment in the craft of plumbing to navigate the drainage system that connects from the roof through underneath the house. also, when i passed by after walking around the neighborhood, the worker, who we will call tall guy for now, started toward the bin when i'd called for him to open the lid of the recycling bin at the house for me to slam some trash off the street. value too much gas, climbing, and human interaction. tall guy, if you did not get the payment you need, (539) 525-5464. value

I called on a Wednesday because our air conditioning was OUT and had the pleasure of speaking to AI and it offered Saturday as the earliest appointment. I was transferred to an actual person and was told Saturday was for sure the earliest a tech could come out. I understand it is peak season for them but having to wait several days is ridiculous. I thought purchasing their maintenance plan gave you somewhat of a priority for service calls, especially when your a/c is not working in 90°+ temperatures. We will no longer be using Air Assurance and have found a great, honest and reliable company to purchase a new HVAC system from. We should have done this years ago as we have had very questionable plumbing service from AA as well. I would not recommend Air Assurance whatsoever and regret not switching sooner

    Contacted Larry to get a quote on some minisplits in May of 2024. He was always very responsive and…read moreopen to any questions/concerns that I had throughout our entire process. Initially, I was just 'pleased' with the service that his team provided. The guys were all very courteous, respectful, and cleaned up after themselves. Well, I'm no longer just pleased, I'm ECSTATIC with the service that this company provides! A year after I had the minisplits installed, I tried to use the heating function that was in the seldom used unit. The unit was only blowing cool air, and I was worried about getting hassled by the company for not bringing the issue up sooner. Larry completely understood (or didn't care since he was going to make it right anyway) that I just never ended up using the unit that winter, so I couldn't have known about the issue. Larry sent the techs out, they found that it was out of refrigerant, fixed the issue and everything was up and running again. Until... Someone in the house must've bumped into the unit and caused another leak of refrigerant. We didn't find out until almost two months later. No worries, Larry sends his guys out, they isolate the problem, and got me back up and running. I was just happy with the communication and that my problem was fixed, but then found out that Larry wasn't even charging me for ANY of these additional visits a year after install! Couldn't recommend this company more.

    Larry has probably one of the most respectable companies that I've seen or worked with in a while…read moreall of his guys are very knowledgeable and work very hard and put out a very good product in the end. Yes every company has its bad things and it's bad reviews and everything else but above all and everything they do an awesome job of taking care of their customers. I've been in the industry for over a decade now worked for countless companies where I would have to go in and do warranty work for months on calls that nobody could figure out that people sold knowing that nobody at the company probably could figure this out. So you can only imagine how infuriated these customers must have been. So actually for once in a decade quite literally it was nice to actually go into a company and not be bombarded with warranty work that nobody can figure out for months on months with customers that are very fed up and have just paid thousands of dollars for basically nothing.

    I just had a new HVAC unit installed today in conjunction with their Costco deal - as of this…read moreevening it is blowing cold air and they didn't put my old thermostat back on - when I called the 24 hr line it was a less than reassuring experience...I got sucked in by the chance to finance the unit instead of having my dependable guy do the same unit but paying in full ....so far I'm not happy &&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&& I sent emails and texts to all I had spoken to and this am a tech came out and after opening the service panel found a couple things that should have been addressed I assume at install....he stayed to make sure that system was actually blowing warm air which is appreciated....I am changing stars but honestly will be on guard as I am concerned by the plethora of other less than complimentary reviews....it is obvious though I have no problem updating my review

    Airco Service could not care less about their customers. I once again contacted them and they said…read morethey would pass it off to the project manager Jared. Guess who has still not contacted me...Jared. It is June 1, 2026 and I am getting ready to contact them again. I am done being nice and patient. I still do not have a manual for a 7,400.00 furnace and still have not had the city inspector back to make sure it passed. I will also be finding out what recourse I have to get this taken care of. When I have, I am done. I will be telling everyone I know NOT to use Airco Service for anything. I would give zero stars if possible.
