While the technician was at my home, he received a call from my neighbor experiencing exactly the same thing. The technician advised him to clear his exhaust pipe. No charge. I did not object to the technician's service fee, but felt the weekend fee excessive, especially since my neighbor was treated fairly at NO CHARGE.
