First, they removed the mold from a wall in our back room, I started breathing easier immediately following the removal. They then removed mold from our living room and it turned out to be less than we thought!! Only thing I don't like with the company is they don't put plastic over insulation after the wall is cut out. I had a lot of insulation falling onto my floor after the work was done. But I just taped trash bags over it :). Thanks for all the hard work you and your team put in. I can comfortably live in my own home now after a 3 year battle of health issues from mold :)

They could have easily taken advantage of the situation as I had no clue what was going on in my attic. They went above and beyond what I would expect most companies do during an assessment. They've definately earned the #1 spot. They beat out Nationwide (mortgage claims) & Mr. Fix It (gutter replacement Co.) They stand alone! It was painfully obvious to me that their practices were baked into their daily operations & policies. I remember telling my wife, "You can tell their practices of deceit, out right lies, substandard work, enefficiency, use of inferior material & over-charging is they're norm". If they show up on time it's a blessing. They are normally hours late. They miss almost as many appointments as they do with the late ones. They make more excuses than Van Camps makes in Pork & Beans. They love to drag out the work. In fact, from start to finish went from November until April of the following year. Needless to say, all that time we had to eat carry out or junk food or cook on a hot plate in the living room (smoking up the ceiling & walls). That coupled with the Insurance Co, dragging its feet in reimbursing us for per diem; It was a mess, financially draining & disruptive to say the least. They said the work they do comes with a one year warranty. That was another lie as well. The new linolium replacement for water damage restoration bubbled up before the on site manager even left, (just after it was put down). He took pictures & said it would be ok and that it wouId go down. Instead of it going down, it has spreaded exponentially. I informed the Judge in Court about this. He lied to the Judge with a straight face saying that he knew nothing about it & that he didn't take pictures with his phone. They haven't reached out or even ackowledged their responsibilities of honoring the warranty. I'm telling you folks they will stick it to you however they can & as much as they can, every step of the way. It's a very stressful scenario. Dealing with them, the Courts & multiple deaths in my family simultaneusly lead to my heart attack this passed August. I'm currently doing fairly well with my Cardio-Rehab, I sincerly mean it when I say, Don't Deal With Them, it's just not worth it... It Can Litterally Cost You!

The sales manager leads you to believe that they know what they are doing. They do not! they send you messages promising pricing is set and not to expect anymore charges. That's until you get your final invoice and it's 12 grand more than the estimate. No mention from them at anytime that they did More than the estimate and that it will be more. No chance to give you a choice to accept this or not. When you challenge this they demand payment or you will be sent to collections. Jon Allison the manager treats you like crap. He has zero respect for your house or the work that took place. Jon was the project Manager and the first time he stepped into the house was after they were "finished" and there was a complaint about the subfloor. when he did arrive he was rude. "it wasn't his house"?!?!? Thats another issue. The craftsmanship is like a 10 year old do the work. The subfloor was put down with no blocking and you could basically step through the sagging uneven flooring. They tore up an entire room that the protocol did not call for. Intentionally so they could take you for more money. There are many different reasons not to ever use this company and this review would go forever. They charged to clean items that were actually thrown out! They lie. They cheat. They try to get as much money out of you hoping you won't call them out. Awe yeah....carpet cleaning…read more Okay....placed a call early in the week....got an appointment for a few days later. The team arrived on time and started right away. I needed the whole third floor of my townhome hardcore cleaned. The previous owner had a cat that just had a ball (hairball) with the hair all over. Not to mention, the cat smell. The team arrived with their big cleaning unit and brought everything they needed to the third floor. One important note....they did need my bathroom to dump their water so I was fortunate to have one on the third floor. Just something to consider or plan of you have them come over. Overall, they worked for a couple hours power cleaning my carpet. Bottomline, well done. No more cat hair or cat hair smell. The third floor looks and smells brand new. I would use them again if I needed to.

They had to rip out the little bit of work he did complete because they didn't trust it. Tile was done before plumbing was complete, for example. There are many outstanding lawsuits against him.
