Since they could get to us quickly, it kept us from having to rip out the entire ceiling in our kitchen where water had gotten in. They brought in dehumidifiers and fans, tarped the roof, and then worked up an estimate for us to submit to the insurance company, which they dealt with more than I did. Terrible company, terrible employees, terrible management…read more They came to my house to do a steam clean of the carpets and a grout cleaning of my tiles. They ruined all of my tile floor because the guy scrubbed it with a wire brush and used some chemical stripping agent. The company 'owner' came by with a lot of attitude later and finally agreed that they would fix it by fully stripping the tile and then restoring it. When I called them repeatedly to schedule this, they claimed to be so busy they can't do it for 4-6 months. Then just ignored my calls and texts. Classic company using their power to take advantage of the little guy as they got busy with big commercial jobs from hurricane Ida that made them a lot more money. Never using this company again.
