Not a "little" water. He offered to run outside and get a rag, meanwhile I was using beach towels to get the water up, he then stood by the basement door and told me to have a nice day and left. We used this company to help switch over to propane. Which was $14,000 and we were fine with it…read morebecause we needed an new heating system. In the first couple weeks the water kept going cold, then the heat would not work. We called them and they would come out and "fix" the issue. Only for it to happen again. We finally got them to come out to "fix" it a final time to find out that they did not put the exhaust vent outside the house. Apparently when your exhaust vent is inside the house you cannot use an air freshener around it. Which we were not made aware of. One guy came out and said that the whole system was set up wrong and after he messed around with it, it started working. A couple months later we get a bill for $3,000!!! On a heating system they did not install correctly. We said we were not paying it because THEY were the ones that did not do their jobs correctly. They threatened us with a lean on the house if we did not pay the bill. After I had my father talk to them, they brought it down to a little over $1,000 for the bill. On something that they did not install correctly to begin with.

This is after them taking a YEAR to get around to installing it in the first place. I should have just read the writing on the wall and just canceled it. That was a lot of money to waste on a poor product.
