Same goes for payment processing, and document requests. Nothing is automated, they are still using systems form the 80s. If you can find other options, please use them, this place is not up to modern expectations of service.

Although…read moreI was initially highly impressed with him, he made one bad decision two years ago of sufficient magnitude to cause me to re-evaluate my opinion. In a situation where there was a choice between medication and surgery, Dr. Holderness and one of his colleagues were united in recommending against the surgery and in favoring a specific medication. The medication did provide some relief, but, as I later discovered, it has neurological side effects, including, if used on a long-term basis, the potential to cause permanent neurological damage. Fortunately, my ophthalmologist noticed an early effect of this medication, asked if I was using it, and ordered me to stop, which I did. The main thing that I've learned from this episode is that every adult must research the medical options for him/herself, rather than relying solely on advice from the medical professionals.
