If you order for here, they will put your food and sides on actual plates with real silverware. They don't just wrap it togo like any other sandwich spot would do regardless if you are eating it there or not. They also immediately give you water cups without requesting one, they are actually full size cups and not the small 6oz children courtesy cups you would normally get. They also let me sample the turkey chili and macaroni salad before committing to a full size order of it. It's the little things like this that leave impressions, aside from the delicious food.
