The staff here are friendly. The pizzas I ordered were a hit at my gathering. My complaint is that there's a sign inside the restaurant that says "get 6 free twists for joining", which I joined. Later found out that I need 50 points (spend $50) to get this reward. This sounds like false advertising to me. None of the employees I asked were able to help. A common response was, "I just work here." I earned over 70 points (spent over $70), but the reward was pending, so was not able to get the 6 free twists. My concern is not getting the free items, but in the false advertising. These are hard working people and I didn't want to press the issue. We will NEVER order from Round Table again....unless you want your pizza to be cold and not ready and 3 uber drivers try and pick it up and it's NOT READY....DON'T GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS!!! Plus....they're over-priced too!!! We've been waiting FORTY MINUTES and we still don't have our pizza. SO RIDICULOUS!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS unless you want to waste your time. The guy at Round Table said he was "putting our pizza back in the oven again", which is code for OVERCOOKED!!! I cannot tell you how unhappy I am with this place! What happened to this place? It's been a while, but I always remembered it as a higher quality but more expensive pizza. They kept the more expensive part going but the quality was awful. Never disappoints! Pizza is always on point and fresh. I love their dough. They are generous with toppings. The Double Play Pepperoni is the best! Staff is accommodating and honors special requests. I only get pizza here now. They are one of the few pizza places that have good white sauce. Their drivers are polite and punctual. In the few times that I have ordered in the afternoon, everything just sucks overall! the woman is so rude . I just ordered a personal italian garlic supreme, no mushrooms, extra tomatoes. It is saved on the account as my order and 6 breadsticks. Not too overdone I paid $27 for this, and the breadsticks could be slapping people in the face they are so sloppy thin not braided and greasy and disgusting! ( keep in mind i grew up here and 3 out of 4 of us actually worked at RT back in the day when it was on the other side of Vons!) So suffice it to say the rudeness abd lack of quality was unusual compared to when i order in the evening. There was no green onions and barely any sausage or pepperoni on the pizza! Then i got home and I called and said, my kids are coming, I drove to get this. I need somebody to come and drop it off. I was told I have to pay $7 and she was so incredibly rude again!!!! I asked to speak to the manager, and she said they were on vacation until 2 weeks from now. My recommendation is do not go there in the afternoon or on the early weekends. The guys that run it in the evenings are awesome and cool and the food is 10 times better than when she is running things... Whoever she is! I wanted to try this place out as it is relatively close to where I live and they have a gluten free crust! I also like how they have two different veggie options as well, and it wasn't just a basic veggie or cheese. I can't remember the name of it but I chose the veggie option that had the artichoke hearts on it, minus the mushrooms. I probably should have said minus the green onions too as they went a little heavy on them. The tomatoes weren't ripe, would have been better if they were. Also I wouldn't recommend the gluten free crust imo, the dough wasn't cooked all the way, it was dry and tasteless. It def has potential if they cook it a little longer as gf crust is a different consistency from regular crust or if they brought a cauliflower crust to the menu. read more

Waited 15 more minutes to be disappointed with very mediocre food at best. The quality is just low and the toppings are ample but I'd rather eat less and higher quality than more of lower quality. Anyways, unfortunately I will not be repeating the experience. The veggie pizza came recommended but if you care for your health in any way you'd avoid the pies they make. I used to come here all the time when they were the only Round Table in SCV. I was so happy when another opened up in Newhall a few years back. We were there for an hour from order to finish. There were six dirty tables when we entered piled high with plates and dirty napkins and cups. During our meal the tables never were cleaned off. There were three young men that could be seen in the kitchen area talking while we ate and one other customer sitting at his dirty table watching a football game. The bathroom was cleaner than the kitchen! Have a look at these photos. if you zoom in, you'll be able to see that there's an open bag of baking soda on the bottom shelf underneath items that look like they haven't been cleaned in a long time. You can also see in one of the pictures there's a lot of powdered pizza dough on the floor, but there's also pizza dough on the floor that looks like it might be ready to go on somebody's pizza. If you zoom in on either of these pictures, you can see that there are places on the floor that look like they haven't been cleaned in years, when I showed the owner or manager these pictures and said that it was disgusting she said it was not disgusting that they clean up a few times a day. I'm thinking if a place cares so little about cleanliness where guests can see what's going on, what are they doing in the areas that we don't see? Being in Santa Clarita, I look to support local businesses. On Oct 28, 2023, I placed an order for a medium pepperoni pizza with extra cheese over the phone. Twenty minutes later, I arrived to pick up my pizza. To my SHOCK, my phone order was 'lost'. It didn't get done. How could that be given that it didn't appear too busy. What about quality control? This is not my first time to have a negative experience with this location but my first time finally writing about it. Furthermore, I had to wait another twenty minutes for my pizza and they CHARGED me for it. The decent, obvious thing to do would have been to provide it for free considering it was their error. I think with some much pizza competition going on now-a-days Round Table Pizza would step up their game and adjust. Businesses that do not adjust to the trends and competition end up bankrupt (i.e. Toys R Us). Urban Pizza, Pizza Rev, Pieology and more all have a better business model, better pizza and at a much better price. The good: + Nice and clean restaurant. Now weird smells, stains or dirty tables. + Located conveniently by the 14 free exit for a quick take home on your way back home from work. + Service is friendly. Greeted with a smile and the gentleman behind the register was helpful with talking through our various options and specials. + They have a "game room" for kids, but really it's one arcade with a selection of two old school games. Then two claw games and some candy and sticker vending machines. The Eh..: - The price is way too high for what you get. An X-Large pizza looked like a medium size pizza. They say 16 slices, but those slices are about 2 inches wide. We paid $23 for that pizza. Half plan cheese and the other half of it had everything on it. For $10 you can get a massive Costco pizza with everything on it. Neutral: +- The pizza didn't taste all that bad. To be honest, I expected worse. However it was nothing that would make me return. They have never messed up an order, and have always been very courteous to deal with.
