I do not go here frequently - especially given the prices, but Pretzel Crust is back for a limited time! We love the pretzel crust and get it when ever they have it. Tastes just as good as last time they rolled it out. They do have choice now to get with pizza sauce but we stuck with the OG cheese sauce. Crust is buttery and salty and hits the spot. To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with a recent experience at your Newhall Little Caesars location. What should have been a simple and enjoyable pizza night for my daughters (ages 11 and 12) turned into a frustrating and disappointing evening--entirely due to your team's oversight and lack of customer care. We placed an order that included Crazy Bread with marinara sauce, a small but important part of the meal that my girls were especially looking forward to. Unfortunately, when we got home--after a 25-minute drive--we realized the marinara sauce had been left out of the order. I immediately called the store to explain the issue, expecting a reasonable resolution. Instead, I was told that the only option was to drive all the way back to the store to pick it up--a 50-minute round trip. The manager on duty offered no apology, no alternative solution, and no compensation whatsoever for the inconvenience or the mistake made by your team. This level of service is unacceptable. Your team's error directly impacted our dinner and left two disappointed kids who were excited about what should have been a fun and easy meal. Mistakes happen--what matters is how they are handled. In this case, the lack of accountability and unwillingness to make things right ensures that I will not recommend Little Caesars to others. Oh man, I'm a new fan of Little Caesars! This isn't the same pizza I grew up with that tasted like cardboard. I was pleasantly surprised in giving this place another chance. I asked to leave meat off of half the pizza and they said they would charge me $5 more dollars... he then asked the supervisor and she confirmed they would need to charge me $5 for less meat. I called to place an online order and they left me on hold. I came into the store and an employee was walking out and did not even greet me nor took my order. There was a woman in the back who I can see from the register, I said hello! And she completely ignored me. I said hello again and she continued to ignore me. I used Uber Eats to order/deliver Detroit style deep dish pepperoni. $15+ with delivery. Unfortunately, Little Caesars online or thru a delivery service is inflexible and doesn't allow for customizing your pizza. I like mushrooms on my pizza, so I called the store to see if they could add the mushrooms to my Uber Eats order, and allow me to pay for the shrooms via credit card. They said they would have to cancel my order and I would have to come to the store to customize it in that way. That they couldn't take my credit card over the phone for my own security purposes????? (How many businesses take your card over the phone?) I otherwise have a pizza from LC about every 2 months or so, and I'm generally satisfied with the quality, timeliness, price and the customization available at the store location. I come her for convenience. My children only eat the top of the pizza and for $5.00 for a ready made pizza that taste good right up my alley. What's even better they accept Apple Pay which is a HUGE plus for me. My card was recently damages and being able to pay with a simple thumb print while my pizza is being handed to me eHappy Customer.. 7/26: sloppy made pizza but I didn't check before I left. 3 slices had limited cheese and an air bubble on each slice 10/26 called ahead of time for a cheese and pepperoni and was informed as usual approximately 12 mins. I checked once I got to my car & realized the pizzas were not recently made I returned the pizzas to inform them of the mishap and was told that my name will not always appear (i beg to differ when I order here all the time), but I ended up waiting 2 more pizzas. I deliver for Doordash. Tonight, the Little Chaser's on Lyons Ave was horrible! I felt bad for my customers. Entrance was packed, orders were slow! Delivery oven not working (where you type in your code to pick up order). I was picking up 2 orders. It's... 20 mins wait. 2nd order an additional 30 minutes! Cashier told me "they're working on it." 15 mins later "they've got it." Another 10 mins... "5 More minutes." Oh then "they had to remake it" No apology to me or my customers. No coupons for me to give them. Horrible service, rude cashier. Others just laughing and taking time prepping pizzas. My customers said they won't use this store/company again. read more

This shithole of an establishment is one of the worst and most embarrassing things i've seen in Santa Clarita. The owner should be ashamed of the business they've created. If the main draw is that it's "hot and ready" I'd say that you've completely failed to follow the business model. I've been to this location a number of times over the past few months to grab the lunch combo, or a pizza, but more than half of my visits I always find myself waiting for the food to be ready. The times vary as well, so it isn't always after a rush that I find myself waiting. I've only ever ordered the standard pepperoni or lunch meal, and for $5 I always walk away happy. The workers don't practice any infection control. They work with NO GLOVES when preparing the food. Especially when it's busy, the cash register will handle the money, touch the register, & then go touch the crazy bread or pizza/wings without washing or disinfecting themselves - then goes back to the register! Enticed in by the $5 dancing Caesar in front, I just needed a snack for the kids and figured 'why not.' It has been about 15 years since I had their pizza and I wondered if the pizza was any good or not. I called to place a pick up order and the girl on the phone could not have been more unenthusiastic. I got literally three different answers from her on the $5 hot and ready pizza and finally decided to go in and pick it up along with an order of crazy bread. The pizza was ready and with the bread the total came to $7 and change. The girl I had talked to was working the counter and the handed over the order without even a thank you. As a transplanted born & raised NYer, finding decent "normal" pizza has been an uphill climb. Vito's on La Cienega & Mulberry Street in Encino have been the closest I've found to the classic corner Mom & Pop shop style pizza I grew up on. However, what I really miss is a good square Pepperoni Sicilian Style slice. Tomato Pie in Silverlake makes an ok Sicilian but very infrequently. It would be frustrating to go in hopes of getting my favorite style slice and have to settle for their "Grandma" slice which is pretty good Margherita with fresh garlic & basil. I took a leap of faith today and ordered a Detroit Style Deep Deep Dish Pizza from the Little Caesars here in Newhall and, man was I surprised! The soft, chewy toasted crust with savory pepperoni marinated mozz topping was amazing. It's a plus that you always get a corner every slice. For $7, it's an incredible delicious deal. I'll def be back soon. Please don't ever discontinue the Detroit Style "Sicilian" slices! read more
