1st time I've had round table pizza it was great! I'm from the east coast it was great to find God pizza out here !

Stopped over in Winnemucca for the night, was tired after a long day of driving. Called RT for delivery to hotel, gal who took my order over phone was very friendly, even gave me a $3 coupon (which covered the delivery fee) Our pizza arrived in a timely manner, was hot and delicious as usual. RT even provided paper plates, napkins, etc. Which was much appreciated since we were at a hotel. Would definitely order from here again if in the area. read more

Decided to try them out after the remodel last year, the twisty breads we had to finish cooking when we opened the box, the pizza's were on the wrong crusts, one of the pizza was still doughy. I have eaten at other round table pizza's and been completely happy, this one I will avoid. read more

super bowl Sunday we ordered food on line and then set off to pick it up. when we got there to pick it up we were told the order had been cancelled over the phone. It had not been! we then had to wait 2 hrs for another order to be cooked. several people walked in and ordered and left after we had been waiting. We missed kick off and first 15 mins of game. when we got home the pizza was not done doughey the polo wings were burnt and the hot wings were icey in the middle a real disappointing experience for us then we later found out our credit card had been charged twice. if iu could give this place a minus I would!!! Horrible food horrible service and rip offs. read more

My wife and I were passing through Nevada and decided to stop here for dinner. As soon as we walked in nearly every table had food from previous guests that the staff didnt feel responsible to clean up. The tables that werent covered in food were filthy and sticky. The locals eating there were creepy unfriendly and filthy. Waiting at our table, after about 10 min we decided to get our pizza to go and get out of that mess. Any travelers passing through NV should pass right through this ghetto. read more

I try to give businesses a few chances. There can always be an "off" night. But, my family and I have given too many to this one. Up until a couple of years ago, we loved this place! Then it started going downhill and hasn't come back up. We went in on a Tuesday evening, buffet night, and were a little nervous since the last time we did, they didn't have ANY pizza out until 45min after the buffet was suppose to start, at which time, my husband had to leave for baseball practice, so he didn't even get to eat! But, we decided to give them another chance. Not going back. First, it was hotter than hades in there. Air conditioner still not working (it wasn't when we were in there a year ago). Gal at the counter was super nice and comped our sodas for the "heat inconvenience". Second, there were 6 employees in and out from behind the counter, yet, not one of the 3 dirty tables were cleaned off the entire time we were there. (there was only one other small table of 2 people there). Third, the salad bar REALLY needed refreshed. Because of it being so warm in there, half of the items looked really nasty. And fourth, the pizza in the buffet was like rubber from being there so long. We've given more chances than we should have, no more. We're done with this place. read more

On my way home from work this evening I stopped in to order some pizza for take out. When I got there the place was packed! Clearly there was some party or event taking place. When I got up to the counter to order it was clear the staff was extremely busy. But they displayed great communication between each other and remained cheerful the whole time. The woman who took my order was a supervisor named Taylor. She was bouncing back and forth between taking orders and boxing pizzas without breaking a stride. Even with all the commotion she was very pleasant to deal with and easy to understand. However, when she gave me an estimated time of 20 minutes for a large king Arthur and a large ultimeat I thought she was crazy since there were three people with large orders in front of me. I didn't think much of it and figured she was just trained for that response, so i took a seat at an empty booth and enjoyed the free wifi while i waited. While waiting i noticed a cheerful young lady named Trinity working swiftly through the lobby bringing people their pizzas and promptly clearing tables as guests left. To my suprise I heard my name called less than fifteen minutes after i made my order. I assumed there was a problem with my order. Instead a beautiful young lady named Christina presented me with two large pizza boxes. I thought there must have been some mistake and immediately opened the boxes to see. I was simply shocked, the pizzas looked as if they were Photoshopped. Not only did I get my pizzas much faster than expected they looked as though it took hours to prepare. Christina and a young man named Bryan i believe were the two i saw making pizzas, my hat goes off to them. To top everything off, on my way to the soda fountain to get some ice water, I caught a glimpse of their salad bar. Everything was well displayed and looked so fresh that i ordered a salad to go. This was an amazing restaurant experience and a great end to a long day of work. As a business manager myself I truly do appreciate the hard work i observed. I just wanted to let you guys know it didn't go unnoticed, I just wish i was able to afford a bigger tip! I'll just have to wait until next time, which I'm sure will be soon since Round Table has the best pizza in Winnemucca! read more
