Top Notch Customer Service. Andy and Keri reach above and far beyond to be accommodating and helpful while you are deciding on that special item in their great Upcycle store. They took time out of their day to personally deliver my items in a tight time window. The items are well chosen with discretion. I know this as I had items to sell via Upcycle and Keri told me right away, "we'll look at them and let you know." They took my items at the time of delivering what I purchased from them with a choice of cash, credit or consignment. Absolutely courteous, professional and kind upon delivery. "Shall we remove our shoes? Would you like to pause your thermostat? Can we set up all your items where you want them?" I have to say the crew at Bend Upcycle has gone above and beyond for me and our company. I was searching for a consignment shop to furnish a 4 bedroom apartment in Redmond and had to do this all the way from San Diego California. This task alone was very difficult and I needed to find someone who was willing to go above and beyond to help me out. Jason was that person. He has made this process so easy. He was helping me find new and used furniture to get this furnished as soon as possible. He gave me great pricing and has taken the lead in getting items in our price range and style. I picked up some new (used) furniture from Bend Upcycle. I was impressed with the selection of interesting pieces in really good condition with reasonable prices. I furnished my living room AND bedroom for less than what a single brand-new couch would have cost me! I am not a very good thrift-shopper, but I'm glad I gave it a chance. They also offer delivery for a small fee, although I had to pay two delivery fees since I bought pieces at both of their stores, even though they were all delivered together. Their delivery guys were friendly, respectful of my home, and efficient. Two thumbs up! I would purchase here again. read more

One of my favorite shops in Bend! Super impressed with the quality and cleanliness of all the furniture, home decor and the store itself. I moved to Bend less than a month ago and was able to purchase some awesome home decor for the walls of my Town home. I found Bend Upcycle last Spring. I only get to Bend every few weeks, but always stop in when I am there. The store is laid out well. It is easy to see all of their inventory. The staff is very friendly. I like to browse for unique items, and also to get ideas on how I can upcycle things I have found. When I sold my house this summer they picked up large pieces of furniture that wouldn't fit into the new house and I was able to pick up new pieces from them that I love. A win win for all!! I love going into stores like Bend Upcycle. All of the merchandise was laid out nicely and was very clean. Prices were reasonable for most items.
