We essentially wanted someone to help us facilitate the proper filing of documents and to shepherd us through the court process. That is what we got, eventually, but it was a very no-frills experience. Gabrielle is a welcoming person, but she is disorganized and forgetful. She outright lost the first copy of our parenting agreement which we then had to furnish a second time. She reported that she hadn't received supportive documentation in email which she had in fact received. The night before our court date, she called me to say that she didn't have other necessary documents which it turned out she did have after all. This is the last call you want to get the night before your court date. When I arrived at court for the hearing, I found that our case wasn't on the docket. The judge, who apparently knows Gabrielle, heard the case anyway. It wasn't the most reassuring feeling, especially when it had been preceded by a handful of concerning incidents of absent mindedness on her part. If you have an extremely straightforward divorce case and no other real option, Gabrielle will get the job done. I would not recommend her for anything more nuanced or complicated. Keep good notes, and copies of all documentation.
