Because of the bombardment of ads, I had no idea where to turn but Fagan Fagan and Davis was close and I went in. After speaking with Joe Fagan, he was confident and radiated years of experience along with the ability to tell it to me straight, optimistically under promise (does that make sense?) and absolutely over deliver. Going into the office, the building is unimpressive... but don't let it fool you. After speaking with Joe I realized that he is obviously in this to help good people in bad situations and because he loves it. One of the first things he asked me was what were my "must haves" and then what my "nice to haves" were. He then did everything he could to make it happen and absolutely exceeded my expectations exponentially. Nobody is an advocate for drunk driving. It is a bad situation all around. But all I can say is that in a bad situation... when I was at my life's darkest hour, Joe brought a torch and showed me the way back to the light. It was my first brush with the law. It will be my last, and Joe Fagan is the unsung hero who made a huge difference when others were saying I was essentially screwed. Worth every penny. Avi was patient and carefully explained many details and possible outcomes which clearly demonstrated his knowledge and experience. He was personable on the phone as well as face to face. Honestly, no other way to describe her.... disgust. I was inquiring about a specific deed and she was pressuring me to do a quit claim. I reached out via Yelp and we communicated mostly through email. I was given web forms to pay via credit card for the deposit and final transaction. We did most of the will creation over email, I was sent a form to complete then scan, and email back. For the final will creation, I had to visit the office in person and sign, along with Erwin's team. In all, it was a pretty realistic transaction for the creation of a will. Granted my will is not complex, so I cannot speak for someone with a lot of requirements, but Erwin Law did a great job for a basic will.
