Locally, Jiffy Lube is my go-to place. 180 degrees from the oil-brand-named place that I avoid due to a really bad customer experience there. No complaints, other than the location and the crazy place to leave the business and re-enter traffic. I wish this was closer to home and in the towns I frequent most often.

I was on a cross country trip and needed an oil change on my 2026 Toyota Sequoia. I stopped a…read moreEconomy Quick Lube (I prefer to use local vendors rather than franchises). They were able to take me right away. The tech told my wife that this was the first Sequoia he had serviced. That was 8/14/26. Fast forward to 8/25/26 and I'm getting intermittent warnings on my dashboard that my engine oil level is low. I checked the oil level and it appeared fine. 8/28/26 I get a message that my engine oil is low. I check the oil level again and no oil is on the dipstick. I stop by a Valero (I'm now in San Antonio, TX) and purchase 3 quarts of oil. I put 2 quarts in the oil fill and check the dipstick. Oil level normal. But there is definitely something wrong in my opinion. I get a service appointment at a Toyota dealer and they discover on their inspection that the drain plug is loose and the crush gasket has been cracked. The drain plug was improperly torqued and then backed off to a loose position. Economy Quick Lube almost cost me an engine. Hopefully they'll read this review, accept responsibility and refund the $90.00 I paid for a poor oil change.
