This place, for me, does one thing and does it well. I get full synthetic oil these days, and know that I can go 10k miles between changes. JL will put that on my window sticker. Others have been unwilling to due to a policy or some such. Same with tire pressure, etc. They will offer a coupon or rebate when one is available, and are actually fast. I occasionally use another place, depending on the vehicle or town in I'm, and they aren't always so speedy. Locally, Jiffy Lube is my go-to place. 180 degrees from the oil-brand-named place that I avoid due to a really bad customer experience there. No complaints, other than the location and the crazy place to leave the business and re-enter traffic. I wish this was closer to home and in the towns I frequent most often. read more

These guys are GREAT! They are professional and quick and don't try to upsell something you don't need. They don't even generally try to upsell at all. If they see something they let you know it's close to being or does need to be replaced but they won't pressure you into it. Took my car here for an oil change. Mike and the staff were very considerate and Deaf friendly, making sure to get my attention and look at me so I could speech read (I'm Deaf). They always check for possible problems and have several times fixed lights and other small mechanical issues for us at very little extra charge. I got my oil changed today at Jiffy Lube. I am used to going to Sears auto center, but there's usually a long wait (I am talking about hours) unless you call days ahead and make an appointment. The "maintenance required" light has been on since around Christmas, but I waited until the whole holidays fiasco was over. I just drove in without any calling ahead because I was off work today and did not wanna wait for 3-4 more days of driving in this condition. Upon arrival, a cool dude mechanic greeted us from the see through glass garage door and navigated us where to park. As soon as my car was positioned where it needed to be, another young (super nice) mechanic came out and greeted/asked what he could do. He walked us inside the garage, and showed all options for the service on the computer. The communication was clear, efficient, and with respect (I know very little about cars). He told us to give about 30 minutes, so we (my hubs and I) just walked next door to have lunch at Cooty Browns. When we returned, my car had been finished and was parked out front. The older gentleman checked us out with an itemized receipt and walk-through of all that was done. I was SUPER IMPRESSED that they had refilled windshield wiper fluid and vaccuumed (!) the floor at NO EXTRA COST. This place is THE PLACE for your cars, I am telling you! read more

Talk about a great deal! There is no where else in town you should go to get an oil change.. They really take care of you. Not only do they change your oil but they will do almost an all points inspection on everything else. Even went the extra mile and changed and fixed up my broken headlight. Then before they're done, a free vacuum. All for $40... I'm impressed read more
