Do not use this shop. It's worth paying a little more and going to a shop that prides themselves in their work. I can't believe this man considers himself a Christian. They set this used engine they installed at a 1500 rpm idle most likely because it doesn't run right. I am shocked after referring so many customers and knowing him for 10 years he would treat my repair this way. I should have listened to the many family, friends, and business owners who discontinued doing business with him over similar incidents. I hope this review can save someone the headaches that Culp Automotive will cause them if you choose to have them do repairs. They will ask for a deposit upfront then delay the work with excuses and deadlines they don't meet. Left in 100% better shape after. I've had multiple things done like my brake lines, oil, coolant, spark plugs changed all these things and I have yet to have a single complaint. I live in Chicago and chose to travel to this dealership based off of previous experiences my family has had with them. My parents have bought their cars from Taylor since I can remember and have only had great experiences. I had spent months searching for a Mustang Mach E since the order banks closed in April. I had no problem finding available vehicles, but every dealership I called was selling the available Mach E's for $15,000-$20,000 over MSRP. I don't know how many times I heard the term "market adjustment" to justify these outrageous charges. I had nearly given up and decided to wait until the order banks opened up when my parents encouraged me to reach out to Tim and Kevin. They were able to locate a vehicle and were willing to sell it without all the mark ups. My father is a retired Ford employee and they even honored A-Plan on the vehicle. Something every other dealership told me would never happen. It was a pleasure working with everyone at the dealership and I plan to use them exclusively in the future. I am happy to make the trek from Chicago to get the value and customer service experience I received here.

I've been taking my cars to Don for a variety of jobs for many years now. I had an Audi that he…read moreworked on. I requested him to install a cold air intake and some other stuff, which he did. His prices are absolutely unbeatable. He does whatever is needed with perfection. He doesn't upsell any service. I've also been taking my BMW to him for jobs like a brake pads and rotor replacement, active flaps replacement etc. The stealership wanted thousands of dollars per job. Other businesses in the area refused to work on it, saying I should take it back to the dealership, or charged exorbitant rates. Took it to Don after I sourced the parts online and made an appointment with him. He gave the car back to me as promised on the same day itself. And I was shocked at how he only wanted a couple hundred dollars per job. They take credit cards and give you an invoice. I have absolutely no hesitations recommending this establishment. I will absolutely be taking my vehicles to him to work on as long as he accepts it.
