Things were clean, though there were no other cars filling up alongside me. I can't even say it's a problem of mine, but I never did know that Citgo has their own gas-savings/rewards card out there. I saw an application to fill out for this card at the pumps, but I had my own form of gas-saving/rewards card with GasBuddy that I was dealing with. I just wish it wouldn't be geared towards those with insertable cards to start it off, as I bet my other brother has a card already and was hoping you'd have a way to enter a phone number or similar at the pumps to get the same discount. I'm thankful I don't have to go through all that rigmarole with GasBuddy at my side. I can't stand always saying what seems to be the same thing in all my gas reviews. But when you figure in all the possible places with only pay-at-the-pump conditions, you get the picture that I have few other choices to choose from in what to say. But it hasn't been just me that has stopped in. My brother also stops in on occasion - though his experiences are sparse and outdated, and besides they are his spot to get a short car-wash which is also present on site. (This experience I can't back up, as I myself have never used this location's wash, as I find better prices and services elsewhere that make this car wash unnecessary and pricey.)

I had my 2011 Elantra towed in here because it wouldn't start after replacing the battery and needed a simple reprogramming. Everything else was working fine. He charged me $1,400 just to get it started - but wait, there's more! - when I went to pick it up, the driver's side window was suddenly off its track and wouldn't go up or down. But why? Did my new battery somehow throw my window off its track? He told me to leave it there, but it would cost me another $450 to fix! I balked that the damage occurred while it was in his care, but he dismissed me. I left it there, only to return to get it and find that the horn suddenly doesn't work now! Of course, when asked about it, he said that would cost me an additional $560 for a new horn relay (wtf went wrong with the OLD relay? It was working fine before I brought it in). Refusing to get bamboozled a 3rd time, I fled with my car after giving this crook a total of $1,850 to "repair" a car that had nothing wrong with it. I have since heard numerous horror stories about this dealership, mostly from women who have routinely gotten bullied and overcharged by this Svengali shyster. The negative Yelps here alone tell the story.

I had nothing noticeably wrong with my car but was told it couldn't pass inspection because it needed a rack and pinion and power steering fluid pump. I should have not taken their word for it. I was cleverly taken back to look at what was wrong. Actually he showed me and told me what was wrong. (What did I know?) It was real thievery. When I finally got it back just before closing two days later I picked it up left the shop and my check engine light was and my car failed inspection. After $2750. my car had a thumping sound, failed inspection , piece of paper and instructed to drive 50 miles then bring it back. I might guess what you'd be thinking about my , I would have done it myself. BEWARE, MAVIS HAS A NICE HISTORY OF CHECKING THINGS WITHOUT CHARGE.. THAT's to make you think they're honest. DON'T be fooled like I was!!!

I should have known something was up with all the people coming in with their complaints of "issues". Well today 1/21/22 this newly purchased 1/5/22 4Runner went in to have the alignment checked, I had scheduled it at Toyota of Newburgh on 1/15/2022 after picking the vehicle back up from Abeel Auto Sales and listening to the sketch all behind the desk lie through his dentures. Toyota of Newburgh told me an alignment can NOT be performed. The reason the vehicle is drifting all over the road(an item that was on a list of issues I emailed them about on 1/9/22 and was experiencing when I hit the thruway on 1/6/22 to head up north for an extended weekend) because both lower control arms are shot, there is a bent axle(another item on the 1/9/22 list for them to look at on Monday 1/10/2022 after I came back stating there was a growl in the front end with a vibration that mimics the growl, they said it was tire noise and I the vehicle was perfectly fine and reliable) the vehicle also has a blown out seal from the bent axle, and bad tie rods! To have this newly purchased (1/5/22) 2003 Toyota 4runner fixed it will be at an estimated sum of $5,390 for parts & labor REPAIR BILL! Now this vehicle was supposed to be fully looked over, and gone through. This was not an AS IS sale. I put a deposit down on Christmas Eve for this vehicle. Which took Abeel a week and a half to "go through & prep" I was also told it was a solid running vehicle on 1/15/2022 when I picked it back up from them addressing my complaint list, and was told there was nothing wrong with it, it's just noises an 18 y.o. vehicle makes which I then commented I have vehicles with over 280,000 miles that are older and don't have vibrations and noises. This vehicle is according to Toyota is a SAFETY issue, and should have NEVER BEEN INSPECTED, they informed me lives are at jeopardy, and we're shocked someone had brushed it off and said this vehicle was perfectly fine.

Most of the places that I found online had phone numbers that were no longer in service or there had been no activity on their websites for a while. When I phoned Shining Eagle, the voicemail robotically repeated the number I just had dialed, so thinking that it was no longer a business, I dropped the call without leaving a message. Within minutes, I had a callback. At this point, I was just so happy to talk to a real person, that I decided to just go with it. The gentleman was very professional; he asked questions about the vehicle, the shape it was in, and what I wanted to have done. We agreed on a day/time and price. I sent a follow-up text confirming the info with the address. About 15 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive, he texted, apologizing to say he would be slightly late due to an unforeseen family situation and asked if his new ETA (30-45 minutes later) would still work. He then arrived at the new agreed-upon time. Once here, he didn't waste any time. I learned that he has been detailing cars for about a decade. Clearly, it is a real passion. He had everything he needed and was incredibly organized. We again reviewed the objectives at the car and then then for the next 3 1/2 hours, he worked non-stop. He is serious, focused and meticulous. When he was done, I barely recognized the finished product. It isn't just clean, it is restored. I highly recommend this company!

The high pressure sprayers really get the dirt off and rinse it very well. Unlimited subscribers can use the vacuums for free, of which there are very many along the side and front of the establishment. It's easy to drive into an out of the lot.

I read the reviews before I went and it looked good, though I did bring quarters instead of using my credit card as recommended. I am now regretting that as of the two loads, one of them got an error message about not being able to fill with water. I tried reaching out to the company for a refund through their online contact form, though haven't heard back. The listed phone number goes immediately to a voicemail that has not been set up. Any suggestions? I really want to feel good about using this place again. UPDATE--Helpful hint. If you need to reach the manager you can call the number on the webpage and even though you can't leave a message he will see it as a missed call on his cell phone, and in my case, called me back. He says he will refund the amount of the wash when I tell him the number of the card I am going to buy at the location.

She was out doing errands and stopped in to tackle this chore. Now, I've been in here before - several times when it was JGW laundromat, but unknowledgeable the reason why the name change, I couldn't think of a better time to write this review (which I thought I had written before for here under the Car Wash section under the same business name) and came here today to discuss today's experience. I've never been too fond of this laundromat - now with social distancing in place. The temperatures in the place are never honest, there's never an air conditioner in sight, nor heat that ever works properly. The place is in shambles - the floor is cracked in spots and has seen better days, and although the owner has replaced all the machines with more technologically-advanced machines (offering contactless forms and certain laundromat-only cards), nothing seems to work properly. The dryers are sometimes warm and sometimes not so much, and the washers often don't like to wash if the door isn't "set" just right. There's signs everywhere to alert to some key machine issues, but not even the chairs are somewhat decent - seeing better days more towards the early 21st century. Now, today I found out they have free wi-fi, but due to good cell connection I have to try it out here. In the past, I've tried their car washes with trouble too. However, it's been a bit longer since the last one and I don't stop for this car wash often (found a better one in Kingston). I don't think I'll be back for the car wash and am amazed that you aren't offering contactless card washes here. But know I'll need to get back to this soon. Throughout all the changes, I always seem to grasp an issue this place has. There's nobody "tending the cattle here" checking on the place and keeping abreast of the moods. And what about the move you made bringing the folding tables to the add-on room within the last few months that once housed a dry cleaner in the 1980s? What's up? Poor decisions here. There rarely problems, but why don't you peak your head in to check up on things?

Once inside it feels like you're a hurricane. Unlimited Members get a free vacuum and it's a vacuum! It can lift your floor mats off the floor. It opened a couple of weeks ago on Route 9 across the street from the mall with TJ Maxx and Marshall's.
