Paid $150 for a full detail and my car looked virtually the same when I picked it up. Beforehand, I even called the owner to explain that my car wasn't in bad shape and I didn't want the outside focused on -- just the creaks and crevices -- and was reassured it would be done. I politely called when I saw the result and was told to bring it back. After only about 20 minutes of "fixing mistakes," I was asked to point out an employee's errors in front of their boss. I'm not here to teach staff how to treat customers -- I paid for a service. I didn't even ask for a refund because at this point it's honestly laughable and a true waste of time. Billie the person at the checkout counter is such a lovely person to chat with while waiting on your car to be washed. We got the winter Pro wash (?) but I was not prepared the first time we were here as we were told it is at least 35 to 40 minutes to wash the car!! It is a full service wash and interior clean. Whoa! We ended up waiting the entire time for the first trip here, and Billie chatted with us most of that time. I observed many regulars coming in and chatting with her, and she knew everyone by name. Mental note to not drop your car off after 3pm as a grade school next door is letting the kids out for the day. There is a lot of local traffic and you will be stuck waiting to get into the car wash entrance. It is also a bit confusing where the actual car wash entrance is, as there are parking spaces right outside and not sure if it is part of the car wash facility or not. The next day we brought a second car here and wised up, this time we planned to go to breakfast next door while the car was being washed. It was ready when we got back. The only gripe I have with the second time here is the interior was not that thoroughly cleaned. As part of the pro wash and detailing they are supposed to vacuum and detail the interior. They had the car for 45 minutes so I would have expected the entire car to be wiped down and sparkling inside and out. As I was driving home I noticed the dashboard was still very dusty and it appeared that someone had taken a rag and just wiped a little part of it near the passenger speakers. If you need to get a really good car wash. There's no need to look elsewhere. For the same price of the other drive-through carwashes, this location will hand wash your car inside and out. And make it look absolutely spotless. Both the owner and Jared are incredibly friendly. I would recommend everyone to get a car wash from this place. In addition, if you have any small dents in your car. They can remove those as well with A paint less dent removal process. read more

I had a dent on the side of my door. They removed it quickly, efficiently, and the price was just right! Such a great business!

I took our van in for a detail and when I picked it up the dash had scratches on it as well as a chip in the steering wheel, for unknown reasons they either spray painted or dyed the carpet in the back leaving overspray on the side panels, the seats were not vacuumed or cleaned in the back and there was a small but noticeable ding in the back exposing the primer they tried to pass off as rust, the windows were not cleaned well and there were marks left from bugs on the bumper and mirrors. I brought this to the attention of the manager or owner who's name is Chris, Said bring it back and he would make it right, I left it there another whole day and when I picked it up only difference was they had washed and vacuumed it out. Chris was not there when I picked it up. I plan on contacting my insurance company and will go from there. We are very disappointed in the service that we received and will not be going back there for our future details, I am sorry to leave a negative review and had hoped that they would take responsibility for their actions, unfortunately not the case here . read more
