For a car wash where no one wipes off your car it's a pretty good wash. The only thing to improve would be getting the back door area of an suv dry. The driers do not dry the rear of the vehicle. The people working are friendly and helpful. read more

I love this wash and the fee vacuums. I have a black car and Express Wash a has always done a great job. I highly recommend joining the club if you live anywhere in the area. You can wash your car every day, or on your way to work and on your way home (depending on the shift you work) for no extra charge. read more

Went there with sap covering car or possibly something left behind from a recent wash elsewhere- was like tiny bumps all over like sandpaper. Normally I get the cheapest wash here but this time chose the $12 wash and it worked with removing whatever was on there. read more

The car wash works well and I'm very satisfied with it. However, beware of their club. Despite being assured that if I signed up, I would not be auto-renewed, they continued to charge my credit card. I talked to the manager who couldn't help me. I asked for a name at headquarters that I could speak with but he said he couldn't do that. He did take my name and number and said someone would call. Since no one bothered to call, I have started a chargeback with my credit card company. read more

Decent car wash. However, do not pay with cash unless you have EXACT money. Machine did not have enough change and attendant does not have access to cash. I was given the choice to come back when management was available to get $1.00 I was owed or take a free $3 car wash instead. read more

ZERO STARS! 0/10 DO JOT RECCOMNOn Sunday 04/19/202 my wife and I decided to get a $12 car wash. Everything was fine and dandy until we heard a snap/pop sound between the spiral scrubbers and the dryers, thinking it was just the sound of the wash, we didn't think anything of it until we go to pull out and there is a Dragging sound, we go by the vacuums to see that our bumper was COMPLETELY TORN OFF! We left a report with the kid Tyler that ushered us into the wash, and he helped us remove the bumper all the way all while telling us that "oh man this never happened before we will do an incident report, and my manager will get back to you, this is totally OUR FAULT and we will get it taken care of" thinking this was all going to smooth it over we then get a call from Paul the manager saying he is going to float it up the chain, which is cool, HOWEVER, we then get a call from Brian rhymes with shmarnell from "HR" he then tells us that they will not cover it since it was "previous damage"...I'm sorry but we went in with a bumper, your wash RIPPED IT OFF, how is this previous damage? According to Brian on the video clip and images we had "body damage" which we did not, and therefor it was due to previous damage and they refuse to cover it. After speaking with him I proceeded to ask for his supervisor, Kim rhymes with schmarback? Who is supposed to reach out to me, but all the while Brian is telling me that we are the only ones this has happened too out of the "500 cars that went through the wash that day" ours was the only one that got damaged....so I asked for them to send me the "proof" as to why they wouldn't cover it, the pictures and the video of the machine ripping our bumper off and he says he can't send it...I have to take time out of my work schedule during this PANDEMIC to go during Paul's hours because "you know due to the Corona curious thing our managers have limited hours"....which I replied no, send me the pictures and video via electronic communication so I can give it to my insurance and the attorney general. This just shows that this is a crooked ran business because in March there was a report of a guy that had the trim from his door ripped off....so sorry Brian but it looks like there is lore than me out of the hundred of other cars that go through your wash that got damaged. On February 21, 2020, I paid for the $7 car wash. While in the tunnel, we heard a snap. We figured it was a noise from the car wash. As I exited my vehicle, I noticed the trim was missing off the driver side door. I immediately called. I was told to come in and fill out an incident report. They found the trim and gave it back to me when I came in to fill out my incident report. I asked that they pay to have my trim replaced as my trim was intact prior to entering the car wash. Every time I have called there was no manager working and I listen to excuses as to why they don't have any information for me. On 2-29 I called AGAIN only to hear that they reviewed their tapes, saw the trim come off on their cameras, and someone higher up was supposed to call me back. Well, no one has ever called. I am getting the run around and I have a sinking feeling that my car will not be fixed as is was before entering the wash. Customer service is terrible and their car wash damages vehicles. STAY AWAY AND BEWARE. read more

They have a nice service and staff,although the car wash cleaning system can be a little on the abrasive side. I'd give it 4 stars if they had a stronger pre-wash and better spray wax. read more
