I would like to take a moment and rate my recent experience at Greenway in Morris, IL. As you can see I gave them five stars . I would have given more if it allowed me to. I lease my Jeep Cherokee Latitude and needed help with a few things. When we started the lease we met Bob Willems during that time. Every once in a while we would stop in and look at the inventory to see what we would lease once our current lease is over and talked with Bob about the vehicles we were interested in. Each time we would stop in we were always greeted and treated with the utmost respect. Back to why I wanted to leave my review. I wanted to thank Bob for everything and for going out of his way to help me with battery issues. Bob has been remarkable, hands down the best of the best. He listens to your concerns and needs, I wish more dealerships were like this. We are looking forward to leasing our next vehicle at Greenway and working with Bob again. read more

unfortunately, I won't be coming back to this dealer again. I have been comng to this dealer for years as its close to home, but for the second time while sitting in the waiting room you have to hear 2 employees the shop guy and the office girl talking sexually and flirting with each other. It not very business like to play touchy feely in the view of your customer and children. This is not the kind of things I want my children to have to hear or see or think its ok to do while in a work place and or in a public business. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! read more

Traveling across country in a borrowed Van clear from Utah we lost The wiper from our windshield!! It was impossible to find a match at the automotive automotive store so we went to Greenway motors at the recommendation of a nice man on the street! They had a difficult time finding the right one that fit , but they were super nice and at 1 point there were 4 technicians trying to help us with our problem. Hands down, this is the worst customer service I have had in a long time. We needed a key made for a car, called them on Monday and they said $170 to tow the car four blocks and we should be able to have it done today. Grandson said wait, I'll let you know. Couldn't get any better deal so I called them on Tuesday. They picked up the car and the guy said I'll call you and let you know when we can do the key. Four phone calls and messages from me to them, not one return call! Not one person except the receptionist answered the phone and no messages returned. I went on Tuesday after work to see what was up, the service desk worker wasn't sure if the car was there, didn't know if they had looked at the car and had no idea when the key would be ready. This kid shook my hand and promised he would call me on Wednesday to let me know. Again same stuff I called five times and not one answer, not one return call, the kids at the service desk hadn't seen the service manager since lunch, it was now 330, and if it wasn't a flippin miracle when I was making a scene in the service department, VINNIE, the manager appeared and took me in his office to HELP me. What's the problem says VINNIE how can I help you says VINNIE? I explained what my issue was, 9 phone calls and not one return call or answer. The receptionist had written VINNIE a note and handed it to him, he told me he never got a note. Was he sorry? No. Did he apologize? Yes, but since I didn't name names he couldn't fix the problem. Did he offer me a discount? No, but while I was making a scene in VINNIE's office the key for my car magically appeared...so moral of the story is don't believe anything VINNIE says and never use Greenway Auto Service. read more

If I could Id give them ZERO stars. Ive never been to this place, this review is based on something that didnt occur at the dealership... I was driving on I-80, between Morris and Minooka, I was passing a truck, but I guess I wasnt going fast enough, because some truck came up behind me, flashing his headlights for me to move over. When I passed the truck, I changed lanes to get out of the guys way, he passed me flipping me the bird, changed lanes and tried to brake check me, all while still flipping me the bird. So it was some salesman from Greenway Ford (it had dealership plates on it, not very smart dude), taking a silver GMC Acadia someplace else. This review is only based on some salesman being an A**Hole, because I wasnt doing 85mph to pass a truck, and he was trying to show me how tough he was. read more

I bought my truck back in June and had an excellent buying experience. This was a gift to myself after putting three children through college. I recently noticed a minor scratch on her side and brought it in today to be fixed. Scott in the body shop will head to wet sanded and buffed it out and it took just under an hour. I'm a huge fan of the John, the salesman and Chuck in Service, however let me tell you what happened the other day in the service dept. with employee Jim Noethe. He is the worst and needs to retirement. Very unprofessional. I was embarrassed for another customer, she was asking for something from her car while the car was being serviced. The customer was talking to the other service guy Chuck, Jim was shaking his head back and forth while she was talking to Chuck. Then Jim did offer to get a ladder to get her stuff from her car, but she didn't want to bother with that. You could tell from his facial expressions he was frustrated with her, I felt bad for her. After she left, in front of myself and daughter he commented "How do we even deal with people like that". So unprofessional to make comments about other customers in front of customers. read more
