I have had nothing but pleasant and easy cleanings. When I have needed to get cavities filled the team has ensured I am comfortable and not in pain. They even provide dental cleanings for young kids. I have 2 kids (5 and almost 3) who have gone and the team does really well with them to try and keep them entertained (put on a show while they are cleaning) as well as incentivize them with prizes afterwards.

Calls and messages are poorly documented and you can expect to waste a lot of both time in the office and on follow-up calls after hours that don't resolve anything. Billing errors on their end were ignored, and when concerns are raised, they are minimized rather than addressed. The front desk made scheduling, communication, and payments unnecessarily stressful, and there is no way to avoid interacting with Christina. I cannot recommend this office. If you value your time and sanity, it's better to find a dental practice with staff who are trained, organized, and willing to take responsibility.

So I was scheduled for Thursday December 12. I then get a call from Dina in the office. She starts to tell me that i have to pay $50 for my free consultation. Umm no. She then tells me they are going t cost me around $90K umm that's $30k more then the highest estimate I have EVER gotten and 30K more then your own third party is telling people. She says he will ave to get back to me. That was on 12/10. It is now 4pm on 12/11 and Dina calls me to tell me they don't allow co-signers. Which is absolute crap and a lie. ALL financing companies allow co-signers. especially ones with good credit and income. So apparently Dina thinks im an idiot. Then she goes "Well when i told yo the cost it didnt seem like you were going to be able to afford it." So apparently Dina is an expert at knowing what people can and cant afford based off of one phone conversation where i said 6 words. Do not waste your time with this place. I went in to see Dr. Hyvel for a tooth ache, and she recommend a root canal for me. For the past year, I have seen many things saying not to get a root canal. Everything in me said, not to do this, so I went for a 2nd opinion. Just by looking at a photocopy of my Xray, this true Holistic Biological Dentist said I did not need one. He examined me and concluded the same. By the grace of God, she did xrays and cleaning first, and in the mean time the tooth ache lesson AND I did my research. Otherwise, she would have done an unnecessary root canal on a healthy tooth!!! Do your research and DO NOT get a root canal or dental implant!!! (Look for Blanche Grube conference on Weston A. Price.org) The billing at this office has been complicated and sketchy. Things don't add up. They group several family members together on one Statement of Account, and you get texts for electronic statement links. My middle daughter notice the reviews after an incident with scheduling with this office. When we look at the reviews ourself, we find many are saying the same thing about treatment and billing/charging. I would never go here again, nor would I recommend anyone to go.
