Excellent Dentist, staff so nice. Not in my insurance network but I am willing to pay extra for the service.

Christina at the front desk made my experience with this office extremely frustrating. The administration is unprofessional, disorganized, and consistently mishandles insurance and billing. Calls and messages are poorly documented and you can expect to waste a lot of both time in the office and on follow-up calls after hours that don't resolve anything. Billing errors on their end were ignored, and when concerns are raised, they are minimized rather than addressed. The front desk made scheduling, communication, and payments unnecessarily stressful, and there is no way to avoid interacting with Christina. I cannot recommend this office. If you value your time and sanity, it's better to find a dental practice with staff who are trained, organized, and willing to take responsibility. read more

If you want to be harassed by the receptionist then go here. they will call you weekly to try to change your appointment 2 to 3 times a week. They will try to get your college students to pay their bill before they can leave, even though they were covered on your family insurance and they normally bill you. We always pay our bills . They will text you, call you and email you continually to confirm every Family' members appointment over and over . Rude, harassing and insulting. Don't bother going here. read more

Beware of overbilling. The new office manager, Christina, will tell you procedures are not covered by insurance, then insist you pay up front. Then she bills insurance and gets double paid and smugly refuses to acknowledge or refund overpayments. After all that mess, we get another phantom bill with no information as to date of service or procedure. Don't trust them as Christina will lie right to your face. Never pay them anything without it going through your insurance first. Even if Christina tells you the procedure is not covered, it still has to be submitted to your insurance first! You only have to pay what your insurance says is your share. We never had any of these problems with the previous office manager. read more

About my visit with Dean Street Dental in St Charles, IL. They have been in business for many years but treated me as though they were fresh and striving to build their business, not just one of the employees, but all of them. I spent almost 2 hours in the chair getting my first cleaning in a while and Niki did a fantastic job. I really want to recommend Dean Street Dental to everyone. Here are some specific things that I appreciated about my experience at Dean Street Dental: The staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Isbrandt was thorough, welcoming and, of course, professional. I would have given this dental office a 5 star review if it wasn't for their new front desk receptionist Christine/Christina. She is very condescending and her tone is unprofessional to a paying client when scheduling and conducting business over the phone. I really miss Ms. Mel-her professionalism and love for the patients. Ever since her departure, I've experienced nothing bud bad customer service and a high billing summary. Was so considering switching to this dental office permanently after my ortho treatment completion, but this new front desk admin will for sure have them miss out on a new patient and future referrals. I'm updating my review the crown Dr Isabrant did 3 years ago need to be replaced I'm told by my new dentist it was never fit correctly .I also want to let people know his in office insurance is a scam ,you can purchase premium dental from delta dental for the same price and it cover implants within 6 months and cleanings and filings right away and every dentist takes it. read more

Over the past 25 years, I have moved 3 times and now live 60 miles away but still come back to see Mary and of course the best dentist in the Midwest, Doc Isbrandt. So glad I found this dental office. Such a warm, friendly environment. The staff was all very helpful and answered all my questions. They were great at helping me figure out my insurance plan and what it covered for my visit. The hygienist was very gentle and thorough, she took her time too. Dr. Isbrandt was very kind and explained everything to me. They even took pictures of my teeth and showed me any areas of concern on the tv screen so I could see it! Dr. Isbrant is great and I've never had any issues with him, however every hygienist I've had had been terrible. My last experience wasn't very great. She scrapped all my teeth 3 times, once with the water spray nozzle. Wtf, around my mouth which is super unnecessary. She flung tooth paste all over my forehead and did not get it off or say sorry. And she interviewed me about my life for several minutes before even touching my teeth. read more

I chose this office because it was in my insurance network and really close to my house. I'm staying because they provided great service. I was about 30 minutes early and my appointment still started right away. My hygienist was very thorough and she and the dentist were both very personable. They also have a great whitening program - if you keep your appointments, they give you items for take-home whitening. read more

Dr. Isbrandt is also a kind & professional & informative dentist. They don't rush you & answer all your questions. I also like that they don't push any unnecessary procedures on you. My experience with dean street dental was horrible and very expensive .First I will start with the in house dental insurance I bought for 600 dollars a year when I asked Mary fo r a receipt she handed me a bill saying I owed a 400 dollar balance when I ask her about it because I paid the bill in full she said it was a credit but again it said balance due Red Flag! Now I will get to the dental work Dr Isabrant did for me The 1100 dollar crown he made and put on came off he had to reattach it also it has a hang over that catches my dental floss the filling he did in my front tooth also catches my floss and is ruff and discolored I brought my concerns up to Dr Isabrant who brushed it off saying there was nothing wrong I spent a total of 2000 thousand dollars and received a crown and 2 fillings some ex rays a 3 cleanings The only service I received that was well preformed was my teeth cleaning if I could I would give Dean Street dental zero stars. read more
