DR.KAY IS THE GOAT! He's the only dentist I trust. I've been going to see him since I was a little kid and now Im almost 26 and he's still as amazing as the first day I met him. He's extremely knowledgeable and walks you through every step of the appointment and sprinkles in his witty sense of humor to ease your anxiety of any serious procedure. For example, I have never had a filling done and am very afraid of needles so you can imagine my anxiety when theres a mention of numbing and the needle that comes along with that. Doctor has terrible personality. Not honest about your dental needs. When he speaks to his patient, he is not at all concerned about your true dental needs. He is only looking for what he can bill you for in the future. This is a clip shop. Stay away!!! By all means. He is not a doctor who truly cares about his patients. Amazing practice from when you first step in the door and meet Mellissa to get the first class introduction, thru my experience with Joy with my X-rays and cleaning, and with Dr. Kay who stories are as great as the work he did on my teeth. Dr. Disimoni sold Westgate Family Dental in 2022 yet he is still listed on their website. Wonderful receptionists Joy and Bri left shortly thereafter. Dentist Pinky Aurora no longer works there but is also listed on the website. In spring of 2023, following an unsatisfactory appointment with a Dr. Abdul, whom I had never seen before, I asked the staff who was the current owner of the practice. They would not give me a direct answer. It became immediately clear to me that Dr. Disimoni's ethical standards and practices were no longer in place. I found a new dentist who owned his practice the next day. Sadly, Westgate has become nothing more than a drill and fill operation with hired gun dentists as staff. As of August 2024, the current "doctors" are not listed on the website. If you value your dental health...Beware. read more

I've seen Abdulah Jabri serval times for the past year, I was told that the doctor was under my dental plan and when I asked multiple times I was assured that he was and they provided me with the services. To my surprise I was then bombarded with all types of medicine bills, I took these statements and spoke with the doctor and he again reassured me that I was definitely covered and then proceeded to treat me and said to not worry about any bills and that the insurance will take care of it all. I spoke to the office staff one more time before leaving and asked them about the bills and once again they reassured me that there will be no bills and I would have to pay nothing. To my surprise shortly after I started receiving bills. Now, I'm at the point where they put me in collections and have tarnished my credit and I'm being flagged as not paying my debts. The office staff is unreliable, they misguide patients on coverage of their plans and even including the doctors. I am on a fixed income, I don't understand why the staff would misguide the patients coming in for help and for that reason I don't see why you would come here. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. read more

This is by far the best dental office i have ever been too! Came in to get my molar checked after it cracked and Dr. Blazer was very helpful and knowledgable. Not to mention he took the time to explain every process and stop to show you along the way (during my crown procedure). I HIGHLY recommend coming to this office if you are in need or are with a questionable dental office at the time! They have all the high tech goodies and still take their time to make sure you get the best care for your teeth! Fourth visit here. First visit for routine cleaning: hadn't had a cleaning for a couple years and was advised that a deep cleaning was needed, requiring Novocaine, which would be done over two visits. Some concern over gum issues. Sure, why not. Second and third visit: fine hygienist, procedure somewhat uncomfortable (close to drilling). Advised to come back three and six months later. Forth visit: one year later for cleaning (do not like going to the dentist, sorry). Routine X Rays, and examination by nice hygienist, takes my blood pressure (which must be new to dentistry) which is pretty high (hey, I'm in the dentist's office!). Dr. So and So (not Dr. Disimoni) comes in for pre-clean examination, mentions that I had not come in for three month visits and says they will not clean my teeth. WHAT! Also advises that they will retake my blood pressure every five minutes to see if it improves. She didn't like the shape of my gums and advised they might bleed during the cleaning (like that never happens?). I said I'm out of here, got up off the chair and left. Note: if you want a dentist who practices like a cardiologist or a USDOT physician, this is the place. If you simply want a routine teeth cleaning, go elsewhere. read more

I suggest you make sure they cover your insurance, kept being told by them they covered our insurance, my wife goes in for root canal, we get the bill they tell us your insurance didn't cover 80% only 50%. So I call insurance company they tell me there not in your network, call dentist back she tells me it's my insurance, I made her call insurance company, she calls me back tells me I am correct, there coverage they had dropped a few months ago & are not renewing it, which makes them no longer in network. I tell her why where we not told this before, they said it was there fault, never once did they say they will cover the difference on there mistake. Wish I could give them less then one star. I suggest highly to stay away from this dentist. read more

I went to this office on Thursday as a new patient. I thought everything was great. The office was clean and neat. Joy cleaned my teeth and they feel really clean. I do have two cavities,( I knew that ) Bre at the front desk showed me what it will cost and scheduled my appointment. I even called my insurance to check. Everything that she told me was right. Dr. Arora was great. I have PTSD and had my service dog. The office handle be so professional with my dog so not to distract her and was not hindered in any way from doing the dental work I needed done. Tooth extraction.. caring, very much in touch with me to make sure I was comfortable thru the entire visit. Explained things thoroughly. All the staff was great! read more
