I scheduled an appointment for a wheel alignment, but after waiting three hours, I was charged $140 just to have my tires swapped--even though I brought my own tires. I've attached the receipt to this review. Total cost was $ 269. I was also told that I needed new control arms and that they could order them for me. I let them know I would be getting a second opinion before moving forward. Not only was the alignment never completed, but my truck was still pulling to the right, which is dangerous to drive. I then took my truck to a Toyota dealership, where they properly aligned the tires with no recommendation for replacing the control arms. read more

BUYER BEWARE!! Was offered a used tire which I was at first so happy about...I had just lost my job and needed to save money. I drove away feeling glad that my tire problem was over. WRONG...I got home and noticed the tire had a bulge. It could have blown out on the highway and caused an accident. I called O'Haco and got nothing, no offer to replace the tire, no help as to what I should do now...only "you bought a used tire and its your problem". I went to Future Tire in Holbrook (great guys!) and they pointed out that the tire had only a few months before it could not be legally sold. ( 5 years max) So, always check the date on the tire and keep away from O'Haco! read more

They were great about seeing us without an appointment when my tire was low for some reason, but the gentleman who sat behind the front desk could really use some customer service skills. He didn't greet us, and then proceeded to sit there the whole time watching tik tok or YouTube or something, at full volume, with profanity and inappropriate comments for my child to listen to. He took phone calls on speaker, and acted like he wasn't running the front desk of a business. It was like he was at his home and running a business from his recliner. We usually go to Discount Tire so we are so happy they could help us, but the experience was odd and unprofessional. But they saw us and didn't have to because they had other cars and it was the end of the day. So for that I'll give them a "4". read more

Traveling through Arizona when we developed a serious steering issue. The truck had front end work done in our home town several months prior. It wasn't done correctly. O'Haco employees found bolts that were backed off and almost falling off. We replaced the two front tires and had the the suspension repaired. Labor Day weekend we had a flat tire outside of Holbrook AZ. Bought a new tire at Walmart in Winslow. They didn't have time to mount it and put it on our rv. We went to this place and it only took 20 minutes for them to mount it and put it back on our rv. We are so impressed!! We will pass the word how great of service they gave us!! read more

Came for air check. No service, guy finally notices us and I get scolded for parking by the air pump. He then says someone will get to you when they are available. I see everyone standing around not doing anything. I finally had to get out and figure out how to use the gauge on the air hose. No thanks to the so called tire shop selling used bald tires. read more

In this country since '84 and have RARELY met such low quality customer service. Bought a tire for a local friend in need via a pleasant woman on the phone and when my friend went to get it a "guy" refused to give it to him and sent him away saying he has no orders on file. I called him and they guy was really unpolite, unhelpful and took a while to find the order. He found it only after I gave him my credit card informations. When, at the end I asked him if he could do me a personal favor and treat my friend a bit more nicely when he was coming back for the tire as he was going trough an extremely rough personal time his answer was: "it's none of my business to be nice to people." Have not seen the tire yet and fear he, most likely, gave him a wrong one or a lower quality one but bottom line is that people like this should not interface with customers. Our first stop was wal mart to get all four tires changed on a 2014 Kia Forte but they take forever. Plus at wal mart the tires don't last that long. But we went here. Pros: professional Quick quote High quality tires Clean Variety of selection Cons: Just two people working at the time so one guy was working at the front desk and then switching back. But he did inform us that it would take an hour so that's a plus. They don't do military discount...so if you visit town as a veteran or active duty this place doesn't do it...however if you have a ranch you get a discount. read more

Awful service. They lied about when car would be done. Jerked us around every step of the way. We initially went in because the car stopped on the highway and found out the compressor went out and the a/c condenser was broke. They kept telling us that the wrong part came in over and over but finally repaired it. Literally after getting it back the water pump went out and they kept telling us the car would be ready this day and then it wasnt. This went on for about a week and now magically my transmission dont work. The car wont even go into gear. So just a fair warning dont trust them with your car. read more

When getting alignment they do not inspect to see if there a problem that needs to be fixed first!!! When asked the man of class behind the counter he stated they did. When I presented with my invoice show him they aligned my vehicle and noted on the invoice it s cup his needed upper control arms. Between spitting tobacco juice into his story changed!! read more

Truck broke down at around 2 pm on a Sunday. I was able to get the truck to them by 3 pm (they close at 4) and I informed them I believed my alternator was bad because of the symptoms leading up to my truck stopping (all the gages, radio, and AC stopped working while I was driving it then lost power all together after a mile or so). Well, I was asking them if they could get it done before close. I drive a 2002 f150 and have had the alternator replaced within 45 minutes before. It was a repair I really needed done so I could be back on the road because I was driving home to Tennessee and had a hotel in Albuquerque that night. They told me they would not do an alternator before close. Then they ran a test on it and told me "good news! It's actually the battery and we can get that replaced and get you on the road" and like a moron, I believed them. So after paying around $300 for them to replace my battery, I'm back on the road. And low and behold I break down about 150 miles away where I get stranded for about 3 hours waiting on a tow truck. Got towed to Albuquerque that night and had a shop look at it and they said with out a doubt it was a bad alternator and they were shocked the other shop said the alternator was okay. So the shop is completely negligent and I would not trust them to do an oil change, least you find yourself stranded out in the middle of nowhere. TLDR: shop didn't want to do the repair correctly and caused me to become stranded on the side of the road for 3 hours. read more

Ask for Adrain or Todd GM. I had a flat about 10 miles outside of Winslow in June 2014 on my way to missouri with my family and dog. These guys went beyond. Way beyond the call. I have custom 22 in tires and my tire was beyond repair. They called three different shops and finally found a 22 in tire in Flagstaff which ia one hour away. I was pulling my camper from Pennsylvania to California when I started to smell gas in the cabinet I took it to the shop and they determined that the exhaust manifold is leaking. They determine that some of the bolts were broken on both sides of the manifold. They gave me a quote I told them to do the job which included extracting all the broken bolts. Two of The bolts were really tight and the mechanics had a really hard time getting the last two out. The manager, Ed who is a really nice guy did not give up despite the fact that the mechanics were frustrated, the mechanics ended up working until they figured out a way to eventually get them out. We needed a new tire four our travel trailer, and it was the Sunday after July 4th. We stopped by O'Haco to check their business hours, and were surprised to find they were open! Even though it was past their closing time, they took our blown tire and promised to have it for us first thing in the morning. They delivered a quality tire and a reasonable price during their first hour of business. Later that day we needed another tire and called them a few minutes before closing and explained we needed the tire in order to leave for our next destination the next morning. They said "No problem, bring it in," and they stayed open for us. They very quickly replaced the ruined tire and we were on our way.
