They are now called Tomahawk tattoo. I got my Tragus done recently and had trouble with the healing. I went to another piercer and was told it was pierced wrong and could have easily given me a keloid inside my ear. The jewelry was cheap and looked like it was a piece of lip jewelry. The piercing itself took about 3 minutes to actually get the needle inside and the piercers arm was shaking while doing it. Afterwards, it was not cleaned properly and blood was still in and around my ear after just leaving the shop. Very disappointed, I was excited for this piercing but unfortunately I had to take it out and now wait for it to heal before going to a reputable piercer to get it repierced. Booked an appointment in advanced with a 100$ deposit and air dropped the art I wanted 6 days in advance. Get there show them the same art and was given a quote of $150 - $200. 3 tries and an hour later the artist finally gets the art sketch right and tells us it would be $303. "Hell no, I want my deposit back. " I say to the guy. Nope, can't get your deposit back. So I decided not to lose my money and get a different one. Something simple. $150 and a simple 2 band cuff tattoo an hour later, I am not a happy client. No talent, con artist scammers is how I would describe this business. read more

This place is AWESOME! My boyfriend and I were in town from San Francisco visiting family and decided to get matching tattoos. From the second we walked in we felt super welcomed. Everyone is very friendly here! Let me say, I have only gotten tattoos from various artists in San Francisco but never found an artist that I really loved. Today, we had the pleasure of having Dustin tattoo both of us. He was super humble and accommodating to our needs. This was by far the best experience I've ever had with a tattoo artist. I will ONLY be getting tattoos from now on from Dustin. Looks like I'll be visiting Maryland more often than before! You guys rock! read more

I never post any kind of review (especially 1 star reviews) but this was the worst tattoo place I've ever seen. This is the 5th place I've gotten tattooed at, so it's not like I have no experience with this. It was incredibly unprofessional. I walked in and stood at the counter without anyone helping us. We were finally helped and I went back for my tattoo of fireflies in a jar with artist Jimmi and it was the most awkward experience ever. After he put on his sterile gloves, he then touched his dirty phone and struggled to turn the tattoo machine on the correct setting. The process went fine but the staff there were very inappropriate, spraying keyboard cleaner on each other butts. The front desk person was so rude that I didn't even know my transaction was finished as he rang me out and just kept talking to his friends, paying me no attention. I also got a piercing which was honestly the only good part of my experience here, so thank you Lily. Also, the guy used saran wrap and literal Scotch brand tape to wrap my tattoo, no bandage or anything. The blood from the tattoo was seeping through so badly I had to go to another tattoo shop just to get it wrapped again with an actual bandage. I just unwrapped my tattoo and checked it, the only good thing I can say about it is the linework of the jar is nice and I like how thin it is. The 1 firefly looks great but the other 2 straight up look like balls. I already can't wait to go somewhere else and get it fixed once it heals. The entire experience there made me wish I didn't even get it and I couldn't wait to leave. read more
