I had a disappointing experience at this shop and would not recommend it. I received a Medusa and two daith piercings, and there were multiple issues with placement, jewelry, and follow-up.
I asked in the shop whether the Medusa jewelry was sitting properly inside my mouth and was reassured that it was. After leaving, I noticed issues with the daith as well, specifically the left side being noticeably shallower than the right. When I reached out, I was initially told I would need to pay to have it re-pierced, but after I also raised concerns about the Medusa with photos, I was then told both could be redone "on him," which was inconsistent with the original response.
When I returned, both piercings were removed. I was told the Medusa would need a longer bar that was not available at the time and would have to be ordered, and that a longer bar should have been used initially. I later documented that the Medusa exit point was incorrectly placed, as the back of the jewelry was not positioned inside the mouth where it should be. This was ultimately acknowledged, and I was refunded for the Medusa.
The left daith, however, had already been removed due to improper placement and was not refunded, despite being significantly shallower than the right.
I also experienced a jewelry issue where the ball came loose shortly after the appointment, requiring another visit to have it fixed. Having to return due to avoidable issues and inconsistencies in the service was frustrating.
Overall, there were multiple inconsistencies in placement, communication, and follow-through. Based on this experience, I would not return. read more
