I got a few breaks to drink water and use the restroom. My 6inch x 3 inch tattoo maybe took about 3 - 4 hours. The place in general is a lil different than what I am used to. It seems more like a warehouse. When you first enter the area is empty, but there are curtains that you walk through to enter into the tattooing space. The bathroom is also by the entrance.

I received a Medusa and two daith piercings through this business, and there were significant issues with both the work and how the situation was handled afterward. The Medusa piercing was incorrectly placed and later acknowledged as such and refunded. The left daith piercing was also improperly placed and had to be removed, but I was not refunded for that service despite it not being completed correctly. What was most concerning was the lack of accountability when I attempted to resolve this. I reached out to address the issue and was redirected between partners rather than given a clear resolution. I was also encouraged to return in person instead of having the issue handled directly, even though the problem had already been documented with photos and messages. There were inconsistencies in communication, as well as in the quality of the work itself. Based on my experience, I do not trust this business to provide correct or safe piercing services.

I went to another piercer and was told it was pierced wrong and could have easily given me a keloid inside my ear. The jewelry was cheap and looked like it was a piece of lip jewelry. The piercing itself took about 3 minutes to actually get the needle inside and the piercers arm was shaking while doing it. Afterwards, it was not cleaned properly and blood was still in and around my ear after just leaving the shop. Very disappointed, I was excited for this piercing but unfortunately I had to take it out and now wait for it to heal before going to a reputable piercer to get it repierced. Will not be going back here!!

"Hell no, I want my deposit back. " I say to the guy. Nope, can't get your deposit back. So I decided not to lose my money and get a different one. Then I had to pay an extra 20. So basically was an 80 tat. Then when I started saying something, some other guy that was there jumped in... Showed him my sons tats and said we paid 200 for those he basically said those were shitty. First he should have kept his opinions to himself and mouth shut, to blatantly disrespect someone to their face is so wrong. This guy would never get my business and hope none of you do. I get it I only paid 20 out of pocket for a tat that really should be a $50 tat not 80. I will def have to have it touched up and fixed. It's not about the work, I can get it fixed... it's about the disrespect.. charge what you want that's fine. But keep in mind when you shame others people's work and tats that's what the issue is.
