While I didn't have an appointment, I was accommodated with an appointment only an hour and 15 minutes later. They have a lot of dip colors and they are grouped together in a way that makes it easy to choose. I had John, and he greeted me right away asking my color and how I liked my nails. He got started by removing my old dip- he meticulously took off each layer, I don't remember the last time that happened. Then he carefully painted and dipped each finger individually- every other place I've gone paints all my nails then dips them. He also used a small brush on each finger dusting off each nail. Sometimes other places use the gel on top of the dip, but they use a regular top coat and I think that lasts better. There are a lot of technician's and as I looked around, each was completely focused on their clients. I highly recommend an appointment, and very highly recommend!

Also, I once had a haircut done by Kaitlyn and I can easily say she gave me the best hair washing experience I've ever had to the point I'm considering just booking her on random occasions when I need a deep clean wash. The space is beautifully decorated and I like the lounge area (there's one downstairs and upstairs). You can enjoy coffee, tea, sparkling water and a granola bar while you wait for your appointment. They've built an adorable oasis in the old state theater building looking down on monument square! The staff is super nice and they have an adorable waiting area! I got Chrome nails for my trip to California and they came out so well. Nancy knew exactly what to set me up with! It was fun hanging out with them while I got my nails done and my manicure is holding up so well. Nancy made my nails look brand spanking new! I was impressed with the quality of dazzle dry and my polish lasted 4+ weeks on my toes. The cons - the first time I was here I had an appointment and I still had to wait 30 mins. There was no apology for the delay. I was not pressed for time so it didn't bother me too much. The pedicure chairs are not meant for short people. My back was hurting by the and of the pedicure. The nail tech was not friendly. She kept scolding me to relax my hands over and over again.
