Also, I once had a haircut done by Kaitlyn and I can easily say she gave me the best hair washing experience I've ever had to the point I'm considering just booking her on random occasions when I need a deep clean wash. The space is beautifully decorated and I like the lounge area (there's one downstairs and upstairs). You can enjoy coffee, tea, sparkling water and a granola bar while you wait for your appointment. Have never had an issues with the front desk, they've always been polite and kind to me!

This alone made me uncomfortable and concerned for my health and was one of the reasons years ago I stopped coming there but received a gift card for Christmas so I thought I would try it again. On top of that, customer service was lacking. My concerns and requests were brushed off, and it was clear that the staff were not interested in accommodating customer needs or ensuring satisfaction. I did not feel listened to or valued as a paying customer. A nail salon should prioritize cleanliness, professionalism, and customer care, and unfortunately this location failed in all three areas. I would not recommend this salon and will not be returning.

It was very unclear what was expected next, there was some shouting back and forth, but nobody connected with me as the customer to indicate where to go or what to do. I decided to leave, did not have a good feeling and told a younger woman I was going. She seemed stressed, almost frightened and tried to persuade me to stay. I did not. As I left, there were a few more shouts.

I do not do my nails on regular basis, so it is meant to be a treat. I went in on a Tuesday, but despite minimal use of hands (working at a desk, no dishwashing, etc) my gel mani was chipped by Thursday. I did note when technician did not cap my nail tips. I should have spoke up, but I had already asked her to correct some shaping of nails (another issue) and did not want to be a nuisance. My bad for not speaking up. In fairness, I find many establishments no longer cap. Why? My theory, it brings you in sooner due to chipped nails and this means they increase income. Please provide what the customer is paying for and I assure you I will be a customer for life. So far, my toes are not showing any sign of chipping (regular pedi is out lasting the gel!), but after reviewing the pamphlet description I again did not get what I paid for. Signature pedicure includes mineral callus removal & sugar scrub. I had neither. I understand the high cost of living, but short cutting & not providing the proper service is wrong. Give the customer the service they are paying for & you will not only have a customer for life, but you will set yourself apart from others increasing your volume & income. Sorry to be so disappointed, sorry I am out $85.

I got a pedicure here not long ago and they are not sanitary AT ALL they didn't even put a pedicure…read moreliner on, so that caused me to get toenail fungus. Don't recommend you going here unless you want to be the next one to get fungus
