Every one that came to the brewery looked at his menu, then was disappointed he wasn't opening back up. Was scheduled to be there until 8:00, this was around 6:00! He finally left at 7:45. We consider this false advertisement sitting there and not being open.

I walked and saw all of the food trucks before ultimately choosing to get food from here. I noticed that their prices were fairly reasonable compared to other food trucks. They were out of the choices that I would typically get such as the wings and jambalaya. I ended up getting the Shrimp Etouffee (Sautéed vegetables cooked into a gravy with Cajun seasoning and Crawfish tail meat served over a bed of white rice) and Cajun boudin balls (Pork marinated in Cajun seasoning and vegetables that is slow-cooked, shredded, mixed with rice, balled up, breaded, and deep fried) with "Who Dat" sauce.I ordered at 8pm and the total was $14.57. I was told it would be ready in 5ish minutes as they were cooking it. I left to order my kid some food at another food truck and came back. It was around 8:10pm and it was ready. The canjun boudin balls were tasty. I wasn't a fan of the "Who dat" sauce. To me, it seemed mustard based and I dislike mustard. My shrimp etouffee came wrapped in a bowl. It was warm in temperature. It was good. The initial appearance threw me off because it looked like soup. However, underneath was nice. Both the canjun boudin balls and the shrimp etouffee had a little heat to them. It wasn't too bad though. I'm don't typically eat spicy foods, so i have a higher sensitivity. I messed up because I forgot to get anything to drink. While I wished my etouffee was a little warmer as the boudin balls were hot/the perfect temperature, it was a good experience overall. The staff was friendly and I enjoyed the food, except the sauce lol.

There is plenty of parking and seating in their semi-circular, gravel-paved lot. The first time I pulled up, 4 other cars were parked on the side and were either waiting or placing orders at their food truck. if you choose to eat your meal at one of their outdoor picnic tables, there are two large ones under a covered awning. I waited less than 10 minutes both times for my food and it was well worth the wait. I ordered birria tacos and made a special request to have a burrito made with the same stewed meat. They did not hesitate to oblige. As I suspected, the burrito and tacos were delicious. For the tacos, they provide so much of the flavorful birria broth to dunk my tacos in. As for the burrito, I don't know what's in the two sauces they provide (a green and orange one), but they are phenomenal and really took my meal over the edge. The burrito was kind of messy to eat because it does not come wrapped, so make use of your napkins. Last week I had to let my husband try their food so I had the same burritos made. He said it was the best burritos he's ever had. So glad I discovered this amazing family owned business to support that makes terrific Mexican food. I'm looking forward to exploring the rest of their menu, but I almost feel like I've found my favorites already. Good luck to you all!

I chose an Al Pastor, Asada and Chorizo taco and ordered these all the way. For $2/taco you get your choice of meat with onions and cilantro For $2.50/taco you get it all the way which is your choice of meat with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream and avocado Unfortunately the pork and steak were very dry which is the driving factor behind my 3 star review. The Chorizo taco had great flavor though. I would definitely like to give this food truck another shot!

I literally just finished my Al Pastor quesadilla and had to write a review! The Al Pastor is marinated pork and I was a bit skeptical to have it in a quesadilla but I was told its good so I decided why not? SO glad I got it! Not only is the pork tasty and juicy, there's so much of it! I loved that they did not hold back on their portions and after just one quesadilla (at $5) I'm satisfied. It came with a side of spinach, tomatoes, avocados (no extra charge yay!!) and topped with some cheese and cream. Really good stuff! Great customer service! They were really nice and friendly even though I was awkwardly staring at their menu for awhile. They had a variety of meats to choose from and had other options which I'll have to try next time. It was super quick service as well! The only downside is that they didn't have seating available but considering it's cold, I was okay with taking it home. Definitely recommending this food truck to everyone! Great food, great price and quick service? Can't get better than that with me! Side note: they are at Berkshire Manor West (off 54) every Tuesday night!
