Best breakfast in Wake Forest. Since moving from California I've noticed the lack of quality breakfast spots, but Stewart's lives up. The breakfast sandwich was great, side of tater tots was extremely plentiful for only being 4.99. The sandwich was huge too. I appreciate the serving sizes. Service was really nice too, the owner was really sweet and gave my partner a free latte. The vibe is really laid back with something between a diner and coffee shop. Good food is strangely hard to find around wake forest but this spot nailed it. We'll be back! read more

Best breakfast spot in Wake Forest for littles! We don't go out to eat near as often as we used to because we never know how long the kids are going to behave but this play corner was a winner! They were so excited to be able to "cook and make coffee" at a restaurant and kept talking about it after we left. I wish I had gotten more food photos but these days I seem to always have a kid on my lap so I get what I get. The chicken biscuit was delicious and came with a side of honey but I ordered a side of sausage gravy to top it with and it was perfection! They have a pretty large menu with something for everyone and a lot of amazing sounding coffee drinks! I can't wait to go back and visit for lunch as well. Food was good. Staff were friendly. However if I was a trans person I wouldn't feel welcome there. There's many religious signs throughout the dining room and the bathroom signs make sure to point out that they only believe in as-born gender. If trans rights are important to you, maybe skip this restaurant. read more

The ambiance here is so warm and inviting. The bistro walls are covered with uplifting messages of faith and hope. Everyone greeted us with a smile and provided exceptional customer service. My girlfriend didn't have the best morning, but the customer service here from Leanne (the owner) and ALL the staff really lifted her spirits. I had the Creme Brûlée latte which was a perfect blend of vanilla and caramel; sweet but not overpowering. It was perfect for this chilly winter day! I also really appreciated the wide variety of dairy free options that they had for my girlfriend. She ordered a dark hot chocolate and they had both oat milk and almond milk dairy alternatives! She tried it with oat milk and loved it. For our meal I ordered the French Toast and my girlfriend ordered the pancakes. The French Toast was the perfect texture (not too soft or hard) and tasted delicious. I love that they provided real maple syrup. My girlfriend said her pancakes were absolutely delicious and had the perfect amount of sweetness. I really appreciate that even though the restaurant was packed, Leanne took the time to have a conversation with me and make sure that I had a 5 star experience. I went there for the first time since the pandemic. They had remained closed for dine in until recently. This is a place where you order at the counter and then pick a table where the waitstaff will bring you your food. The place is clean and well staffed (at this time). The interior has a nice exposed brick wall by the counter and the storefront windows allow for a lot of light to come in. The owners are present and always friendly and accommodating. The food here is really good. It's fresh, consistent and always comes out hot. The "cawfee" is really good and I believe they use Carborro Coffee Roasters. They offer breakfast all day and begin to offer the lunch items at 11am. We are a fans of this place. Like I said the food is always good here and they have a nice menu to choose from. Just be mindful that wait times, especially on weekends, can be a little long, so get there early as the line can go out the door. read more

I don't know how we didn't find this gem sooner! Our large family stopped in on the weekend and grabbed some breakfast in this cute shop. There was a play kitchen for our kids to pretend serving us as we waited for our food and the lady behind the counter even gave us the table next to it so we could sit by the kids playing. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious- my kids ate their plates CLEAN y'all! My husband and I grabbed some coffees - they were one of the best latte and cappuccino we have had in the area and I can be admittedly quite picky with coffee. We love supporting local and we also love supporting small Christian businesses. You will find decor with bible verses everywhere and it's overall such a wonderful and peaceful feeling when you walk in. We will definitely be back!! read more

I'm happy if you have found god... but they have turned the decor into a VERY intense "push my faith on you"place. The food is mediocre and expensive too by the way. Mother's Day 2025 was our first time eating here. For it to be such a special day our dining experience wasn't at all. Definitely would not recommend ordering chicken of any kind unless you are prepared to eat a frozen, processed chicken patty. One of the absolute best breakfast meals you will find in wake forest. This family ran business offer so much. One of my favorite dishes that they make is the country home breakfast. Really a 3,5 star I was expecting a little more. Got the French press coffee and chicken and waffles. French press was good nothing wow. Was really good presentation I did like the fact that the cup was hot when delivered. However didn't quite fill up the cup with coffee. Chicken and waffles was underwhelming presentation horrible, round 4 piece waffle broken in half with a fried chicken patty in middle Waffle was good tasting. Not much can be said about it. The chicken was horrible. Very small prebreaded thin dry patty. Definitely wouldn't recommend the chicken and waffles. Place was ok for ambiance, tables outside sticky.
