I wish i got the names of the two ladies who helped me because they were fantastic! Once i walked in, I was greeted and the first lady who helped me was so patient, friendly, guided me in the right direction and was not pushy at all. She helped set me up with an appointment and the necessary paperwork and set me up right away. My piercer was fantastic. Professional, an expert, and again, patient. She walked me through the entire process, heard my thoughts on placement and was knowledgable on placement and healing. She made sure my placement was in alignment with my ear shape and when it came time to do my conch piercing, it was painless. I have a total of 6 different piercings/placements and this was one of the best experiences. A little pricey for the jewelry but for the experience and cleanliness, i do recommend. read more

When I arrived, the first staff member/nurse asked for my ID and had me select the studs. Then a second nurse came in, asked for my ID again, and told me to wait. A third nurse later came in and seemed unaware that we had already been waiting and apologized. Overall, the process felt a bit disorganized, with some lack of communication between staff members. The service itself was polite, but I was also surprised by the pricing. I was told I couldn't get my ears pierced with a gun and that it had to be done with a needle, which was $35 per ear so totaling $70 for both ears. On top of that, I had to purchase the studs separately, which were $70 each for each ear, totaling $140 for the pair. My total came to $245 for the piercing, earrings, and the $20 solution which felt quite expensive. While the staff was professional and kind, I think clearer communication about the process and full pricing upfront would have made the experience better. read more

At first we had a good experience bringing our 6 year old daughter in for her first ear piercing. A little over a month later, just outside their 30 day window, one of her earrings fell out. We realized this when she woke up the next morning, but the hole had closed overnight. We still had the earring. We brought her in the next day to get her ear pierced again. Long story short, they charged us the for one ear piercing and made us buy a new set of earrings. They said it was unsanitary to use the original one. I feel the earrings they provide should have screw on backs or be of better quality that they don't come off. Kids are rough and sometimes not careful. A 30 day window is kind of ridiculous. All in all, I was just very disappointed with being charged again when I feel they should stand by their product and service. read more

I had left a great Google review based on my piercing experience, I was told there would be a 4 week follow up appt to tighten the earrings. To be clear I purchased 3 of their required earrings and paid $105 for just the 3 piercings. When they reviewed the process they never explained that there was an additional $25 per each piercing on the follow up appt. I made an appt to this follow up, and I think it is ridiculous to force ppl to buy these earrings that cost me $90+ each...then to charge me again to have them tightened. I felt so tricked when I went in today, again because I was never told this would be the case and assumed it was included in the $400+ I paid for 3 single earrings and $105 I paid with piercing charge. The store should reevaluate their pricing or be upfront to their clients before piercing that it's really a $25 more in cost of each earring. I walked out refusing to spend $75 to shorten each earring I paid for already. read more

I came in as an anxious first time mom to have my 3 month old infant to get her ears pierced. I cried more than she did. Ryan who was our piercer did such a fantastic job, he made sure that the placement of the earring on both ears matched up as best as they could and quickly did the process. She let out a quick whimper as was ready to show off her earrings. The manager even offered their back room for me to breastfeed in case she was too upset. Don't go. I just went there to get my upper lobes done and they were so uneven and she didn't even clean the blood off my ears. I wasn't told that with the needle piercing the earrings are sold as ones and what I thought where 60 dollars was 120 so in the end I was charged 238 for a horrible service. Then when I told her that I want a full refund I had to fight to get it since I didn't want their overpriced jewelry. I made a mistake and once these heal I'll go get them done professionally at a tattoo parlor. read more

Wow!! I took my daughter for her first ear piercing and this studio was amazing. Light, bright, clean and welcoming!! I highly recommend them. They start off by having you pick your jewelry. They have a wide selection of hypoallergenic earrings. Then they get you set up with your piercer who is a licensed nurse. Once in the room, the nurse will work with you in your earring placement. Took my 8 month old to get her ears pierced and had a great experience. Very clean studio with a private room and licensed nurses doing the piercing - felt like a doctors office. The nurse, Kayana, took her time to carefully mark my baby's ears and make sure the piercings were even. Everything went well and they thoroughly explained the aftercare instructions. Horrible experience here. I called ahead of time asking if I could come at 1pm, they told me to come at 1:15pm. This was almost an hour before, so I assumed that the person I spoke to on the phone was going to put me in for an appointment at that time. When I got there, I was informed that they actually took four people ahead of me. I waited an entire hour. Had the person told me on the phone ahead of time they couldn't make an appointment for me, or that I would be waiting an hour, I wouldn't have come. The front desk then told me they didn't have time to do my service since I had to leave by 2:15. Again, I wouldn't have come and wasted an hour had I known I wouldn't be put in for an appointment or appointments could be overlapped by walk ins. Terrible customer service. If you're going for something other than a lobe piercing I would recommend going to a tattoo shop that is APP certified. I didn't have a horrible experience getting my helix pierced, however I do have other piercings on my ears that were done with a needle and it was a more pleasant experience elsewhere. The placement of my piercing is not great and neither is the angle it was pierced at. Overall not a place I would a recommend for a comfortable piercing experience. This is like Claire's, but a little nicer inside. read more
