Bob was patient and so kind with my daughter who was very nervous but wanted earrings so badly. They are very conscientious of their work and make sure you are completely satisfied. They are extremely patient, so don't worry if this is your first piercing or tattoo because they will be right there with you holding your hand. Besides their amazing talent and years of experience, their prices are excellent! The shop is clean and sterile. They always show you a brand new needle before they start their work which would put anyone at ease. My friend and I went here a week ago to get our cartilage pierced by Bob. The experience was great! We made the last minute decision to do this at 9 p.m. and Bob came in just to pierce us. Both of us had never had any other piercings beside lobes, but the entire tattoo parlor was making jokes to make us comfortable. Bob marked our ears with a sharpie to let us see where it would go and gave us the advice on where it would look best. He also specifically showed us our needle. He showed it in the bag and to remind us that it was sterile only ever used for us. He gave us his number in case we had questions after the piercing, which was really nice. It was very comfortable, VERY clean, and painless. Also, I watched one of the artists do a tattoo while my I got my piercing done and he seemed great at what he did too. 10/10 will go back and recommend. read more

A little late for this review but it still bothers me until today. So I go there for Friday the 13th to get a tattoo. It was my boyfriend and I. We were very excited since someone recommended us this place. There was a lot of people before we got there around 6:30PM.. the OWNER said "it is going to be an hour ( 1 HR) wait. We said no problem. I mean, we expected it since it was Friday the 13th. 7:15 we started to head out just to be there before they called us.. obviously once we got there, more and more people were coming in to write themselves down on the list. We understood since there were only 2 people doing the tattoos and the same that were helping people signing in. So at that point we asked what numbers they were and the guy said #27. We were #41 or something like that.. so we decided to do our thing and come back.. 9:30PM we called again. What number were they at? #28! So in like an hour only 1 number. Not a problem we decided to wait till 11PM. So 11PM we decided to go to the place to see what was going on.. We asked the guy again what number... he lied to us saying they were on #41! AMAZING so that was us.. oh wait.. there was a girl there saying she was #38... We decided to wait about 25 mins.. nothing... they decided to called us 12:30/1:30... AFTER HOW MANY HOURS OF WRITING OUR NAMES DOWN? And when we contacted the "owner" the next day he got the audacity of saying THE DEAL WAS ON FRIDAY THE 13th, NOT SATURDAY THE 14th???? Didn't he realize he called us on SATURDAY THE 14TH.. It was ridiculous.. even more him saying that he was doing US A FAVOR and that WE WOULD NOT LOSE OUR SPOT! Also, the next day, they did not even show to the place, so irresponsible. Regardless of going through personal stuff, you still got to take care of your business as a business "owner" All I can say.. is either is their first time doing this Friday the 13th deal or the owner doesn't know how to managed his business. My experience at Resurrection Tattoo with Kerwyn was amazing. I manically decided at 2am that the tattoo I have wanted for some time was now an urgent need, and I got his cell number from his Instagram bio (which I found through the Resurrection Tattoo account). I texted him at 2am, and he got back to me first thing in the morning for an appointment that same day. I had no idea he is the owner! He was so attentive, nice, and funny. I don't even plan on getting any more tattoos, but I just might have to because of him. He did a great job on a cursive quote on my thigh, and if you check him out on his own Instagram account (as well as the business's because I think more of his work is posted there), he is beyond talented. I would recommend this place to anyone I know to get a tattoo. Having amazing tattoo skills always comes first, but he truly has both the skills and personality that made this such a comfortable and fun experience. As I said, it might make me come back for another (even if I thought I was done with ink). read more

How do you tell a client at 6:30 pm it'll be an hour wait to be called at 12:30 at night while I am sleeping to come into the shop for my spot. I was told don't worry your spot will not be taken once you pay. Of course I pay and my spot is taken. I was told I would be called and will be given a 10 minute grace period to come into the shop. I come in at 11 (no one called I just showed up so that I can see what was going on with the wait and no one was answering the phones) I come in and my slot was taken. I wait another 30 minutes and we decide to just go home at that point. Crooks taking money from clients and telling them there are no refunds and if you didn't get tattoo on the 13th you lost your money because "the deal is for the 13th not the 14th". Why deal with a business owner who is just after money and not service? Not sure why anyone would like to deal with a thief. Karma will get you back though don't worry. read more
