She said I was in so much pain for so long that she thought I might want to consider it. She explained why she thought this in plain English and didn't pressure me into it in the slightest. I, of course, jumped at the prospect of pain relief anywhere in my body (I've had unexplained chronic pain for 6 months now). We discussed my foot issues and she suggested an initial treatment course of stretching and that I should make a follow up appointment to get medical imaging. I suspect this was to increase my number of visits for financial gain. I had a secondary issue that she was supposed to send in to a lab for results. I was never contacted with the results. I had to chase them down for weeks to get the doctor to call with the "results." I honestly suspect she never sent the samples in and was guessing. She gave me three vague, possible explanations for what came back in the results. Serious medical malpractice going on.

The problem with this clinic is that the doctors are over worked. They have too many patients and have to rush from one to the next. And they don't have enough support staff. The website does not work well. The doctors don't get the messages. They don't have time to respond. When I need a prescription refilled, I often found it more effective to walk over and ask someone. One time I did that because the staff did not send the prescription to the pharmacy. Then someone else sent it at twice the dosage. This is what happens when you don't have enough doctors and someone is trying to save money by over working people.
