This was very important to me as my mom was coming here too! No worries here and Kudos to Dr. Einhorn and the staff! I was very impressed with Dr. Jill's thoroughness. She very gently removed all my callouses and asked me every step of the way if she was hurting me. Nothing she did hurt. They keep sending me bills each month with different amounts that they say I owe, and they have not deducted the money that I paid out of pocket for their services. They won't look into this so finally I called my health insurance and we are going forward with it. I have the cancelled checks of course but they have no interest in solving this billing problem. Medicare paid but they are double charging them for services. I have given up on trying to get them to adjust and correct their bills to me, leaving it up to medicare.

When I called to make a follow up appointment the receptionist said the doctor would be out of the office for over two weeks, mind you I can't walk right now until he sees me again. Then a few days later I find an appointment with a different doctor in that office and book it. When I show up no one is there and they don't answer the phone for 20 minutes where I finally connect with someone she stella me that the doctor decided he wanted to leave early for the day and I could come back another time if I wanted.

I am in the office on time as away a lady gets there after me but she goes before me I get up and I ask what's going on and tell her the time of my appointment she gives me a very vague and dismissive response I go and sit back down at this point I'm waiting for an hour now it happens again a guy that came after me was called she tries to play me like I'm stupid and say there are different doctors for different people but me and the guy are there to see the same doctor so how was he being called before me so I ask how many people are ahead of me because clearly I was here before everyone she turns her back to me and continue to do what she was doing I ask to speak to the doctor She waits about two minutes before she call his name out just three steps away from her in a different room he comes out and I explain to him what happened! Unfortunately, just a couple of weeks ago, my husband was involved in a car accident resulting in some fractures in the hip area and now causing unbearable pain in this right foot. Therefore, we called the place up and did a walk-in today. Registering as a new patient was a breeze, just one simple form and a signature did the trick. No one else were in line so we were seen right away. Doctor was friendly and were on point in all of our concerns and main worries. He even taught us that if we wanted have a speedy recovery to always remember the word RICE. What? I'm Chinese, I love rice! Lol. R- Rest I- Ice C- Compress E- Elevate
