Caden, the woman who did my hair, was essentially slapping the dye on my head, carrying globs of dye from the bowl to my hair, dripping it along the way. And then came the haircut. The worst I've ever had. I planned to take some off the top but after noticing that she had never cut a fade before I told her I didn't want the top cut. I left with a decent color job, and the sides of my head were cut completely different and uneven. It was horrendous. I will not be going back here again. And I do not recommend this particular hair dresser, at the very least, for a men's haircut.

I used to dye my hair myself, and I've had some poor experiences with other folks... but now that I've found Stacee, I refuse to let anyone else touch my hair. I originally found her because I needed someone to help me fix my ombre job. The ombre got brassy really quickly and there were a lot of cheetah spots on the bottom layers. Stacee whipped up a special blend to help adjust the tone and keep my hair from falling out. The toner she applied smoothed out the color SO MUCH. She wanted to wait and give my hair a break before putting more color into it. I appreciated her care and advice! I followed up with her weeks later to re do the actual ombre. She did a beautiful cascade of deep chocolate color at my roots to the perfect medium honey brown at the tips. She feathered in the dye and hand painted the strands so it looked like natural swirls of color. I mean, never in my life has someone been able to replicate my exact vision. I trust this woman like no other!! You want to know the best part?? Her prices are SO REASONABLE! Top notch hair color and cutting for amazing prices. She wants you to be satisfied, not gouge you. That's how good she is! Heather also has tons of hair knowledge and experience, but also makes sure to dedicate time to educate herself further to pass down. After 24hours of not washing the new color, I noticed my wet hair was sticking and breaking off. I contacted Emily Hankemeier and was told that nothing was wrong with my hair because she didn't damage it. Other words, she denied and ended up sending me home with a free 20.00 treatment bottle. After this I can't get my hair done thinking she could damage others hair on their heads. I was told taking hot showers would do this although I've had my hair colored before and never had to adjust my shower water. This was after being charged extra for "extra dye". Altogether I spent $300 for something that's already gone a week later. Will never go back. **An adjustment was offered after this review was made and only then. They didn't communicate with me even after me asking them numerous times. I was on the rinse chair for over an hour and in the salon for 3.5 hours. They messed up my hair color big time and didn't do the cut I made the payment they asked for and despite that Peter blamed me for the delay (how is it my fault when his team was working on my hair and made a mess) and he lost his temper, even said that he doesn't care if he gets a bad review. So here I am writing him a bad review. I do not recommend this salon because they don't know how to treat people right. All I expected was clear communication of what went wrong and an apology that they messed up my hair and trying to fix it. As opposed to blaming it on me and telling me that I should tell my family that it will take 5 hours for them to do the color and cut. Stay away from this place!
