The scheduling staff is fantastic! It's not only their friendliness, they truly work with you and try to get you an appt as soon as possible. Professionalism at it's finest, yet caring and compassionate. The techs doing the testing on your eyes are also professional and friendly, and they all seem to enjoy their job, which passes onto you a feeling of coziness. And Dr. Gentsler.....I cannot express strongly enough how wonderful this woman is to her patients!! I have sent 3 friends/family to her after I had my first appt with her. (and I just recommended her to my book club ladies last night). These were people headed to KC for eye appts and I told them about my experience with Dr. Gentsler and her staff. They all have fallen in love with her just as I have. You will not find a more caring doctor, EVER! She is so gentle and you feel like you're the only person she is seeing as a patient. Her results....well it's as good as it gets, she knows exactly what she is doing and will recommend what options are best for you. He's kind of an odd guy and always makes my wife feel uncomfortable. He never gives the best answers, but at least you can get some medicine I guess. All in all, I'd say try to go somewhere else. But if this is all that's available, it should work out for you.
