I took my cat for his check up to Dr. Robertson, and had a good experience. She was warm and did a thorough job.

My youngest pup has been through so much in her short life, and the team at Willow Oak Vet Hospital…read morehas been a true beacon of support through it all. After Charlotte was bitten by another dog, she had to fight off a serious infection. During her recovery, I called or visited the facility nearly every day. The staff and vet were incredibly accommodating and so kind to little Charlotte. We're grateful for their care and will continue trusting them for all our veterinary needs. Charlotte is so happy to be healthy enough to play with her big sister again!

He picked it up and took it to Willow Oak. He wasn't a client of theirs but I was and I recommended them. They took the young cat right in and did x-rays and determined that its injuries were too serious and that euthanasia would be the best thing to do. They euthanized the cat at no charge. My neighbor offered to pay but they said that wasn't necessary. They were very kind and generous and responsive to need in a time of urgency. I am a client of Dr. Cagle who is beyond wonderful in his treatment of animals. All of his support staff have always been very helpful and polite too. The prices are very reasonable. I'm very happy to have found such a great veterinary practice.

Triangle Veterinary Referral Hospital - Caring for my baby after emergency care at TRVH

Writing this review following our initial emergency, prior to our follow-up visit!…read more Our dog experienced a seizure (her first ever) at home, a few weeks ago. We had just moved to this area a few days prior, so we called the closest emergency vet we could find. The staff on the phone were able to calmly handle the situation (and calm us down), tell us exactly what to do, and we were waiting for us the second we arrived at the hospital. Once at the hospital, they took our fur baby back, and stabilized her and her vitals. Dr. Shuttleworth came out to tell us she was stable, no more seizures, and presented us with all of our options moving forward. He was calm and reassuring. The staff was ALL friendly, and knowledgeable, and most importantly, not pushy (allowed us time to figure out what the right path was for our family). They were up front about ALL options, pricing, and suggestions. I really appreciated the staff being supportive, and giving us direction. I felt they were concerned, receptive to all of our questions and fears, and really made our situation better (less scary for us). Also to note- I was not available the day after (while our fur baby was at the hospital having procedures done) and I was able to call once off work to get the full report of all the testing, firsthand from the neurologist (Dr. Warren). I appreciated him taking the time to explain tests & labs to both my partner and me (was not annoyed at all that he had to repeat all the information twice during the day) Moving forward, we will have follow- up appointments with Dr. Warren, at the same location. I appreciate that they have several specialists here, if you need one after your initial ER visit. Yes, it is expensive, just as any animal hospital is. I don't think their prices are much different from other emergency vets we've been to (for previous, non-related issues). Loved this ER vet and would recommend to others in the area. Competent, compassionate, and caring.

I was referred to TVRH. I'm thrilled with the care by TVRH. From the initial call with Mackenzie at the front desk, the vet techs like Becca, veterinarian Dr. Lyle, and neurologist Dr. Warren, everyone was caring and helpful! Dr. Lyle provided prompt attention to triage my dog. She offered several options for care including a neurology visit, which was selected. Dr. Warren asked many questions to gain a clear picture of what happened prior to neurology imaging. While I hope we don't need to go back, I'm grateful to know TVRH is there if needed.

We have been going to Cornwallis Road Vet Hospital for about 4 years now - for our cat and three…read moredogs. The vets are incredible and we have seen them all over the years! The front desk staff (hat tip to Casey and Alexis who have been around for a long time) are always so helpful. Their online messaging platform is easy to use and they are very prompt. Dr. Tam and Dr. Mhoon took great care for our eldest pup who recently crossed the rainbow bridge - they went out of their way to make sure she was comfortable and happy and went above and beyond - more than I would expect any vet to. Dr. Mhoon is an incredible acupuncturist as well with an incredible holistic approach to care. Dr. Jeffer sometimes attends to our hound mix, and he is so patient, kind, and talented. I can't write home enough about them, and I refer anyone with pets to come here. They really do care about the client and the pet and will take their time with you; I have never ever felt rushed or pressured. I've also never had surprise or inflated prices/costs from them, and they always explain costs and options. I am so so thankful for them!!

We love Dr. Jeffer…read more We already knew we loved Dr. Jeffer and all of the lovely people at Cornwallis Rd Animal Hospital. We have a blue heeler, a yorkie, and a cat that have all seen him for 3 years now. This year we unfortunately inherited two more cats after the sudden passing of a family member. Unfortunately, we had no vet records, and two 16 and 17 year old cats that were in a home without food and water alone for several days. We had an appointment pre scheduled for our cats annual visit and CRAH worked with us to move dates around to take the most needy cat (pictured) in first. She had "the worst nails [they've] ever seen" with toes that were infected from the nails growing into them. She was very skinny and was drinking so much water we knew she had some illness and were prepared for the worst. Dr. Jeffer was able to collect blood and analyze it on the spot so we could come up with a treatment plan (or end her suffering if needed). Luckily; she is in early stages of kidney disease and just needs to be fattened up. We love our Bella and are so glad for the care and attention she received. Dr. Jeffer is so kind,'patient, and takes his time with every one of his patients. We wouldn't trade him for the world!
