He got the jalapeño biscuits with sausage gravy, and wow. Walked in around noon on a Friday to an empty restaurant, that's usually not a good sign. Our server looked like she'd just rolled out of bed but at least she was there I suppose. There was also a young school aged girl sitting in a booth who was semi watching a little toddler (employees children I assume)? We had to listen to Miss Rachel sing Old McDonald & the toddler running around being loud. The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either. They had good tea, I will give them that. It's a nice place, it was clean & conveniently located downtown near other businesses - which is why I couldn't understand why they weren't busy. I guess the locals might know something I don't. We were the only ones there the entire time. I know good help is hard to find these days, so you may have to settle for what you can get, but your employees can also make or break you as well.
