Their prices are better than all the other places as well. Delivery and installation were fast and here is the kicker. I had not noticed a dent in the door until all the wrapping was removed. Even though they did not have to (because it's a scratch and dent discounted item) the OWNER came to my house with a NEW DOOR at no cost to me and installed it himself. The last time I got good customer service like that was in the 1970's. It's unheard of today. Do yourself a favor. I was helped to find one in the style I wanted as well as having the features I needed and arranged for delivery. I decided a few days later to also get a washer & dryer. I called to see if I would be able to have all the appliances delivered at the same time if I came in that day. I was told yes. When I arrived I again was greeted and assisted quickly. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for again. I noticed a new fridge that I liked better than the one I had previously purchased. They were more than willing and helpful in changing my purchase to the new one! I am so thrilled with my new appliances, the service I received, and my experience in the store. Apparently they wanted to buy the Siano distributors and suppliers but not supply the same customer service that came with the name. Apparently they wanted to buy a name and a company that had decades of trust and reputation but not honor the trust and reputation of the name . I feel bad for me and everyone else who over the last couple years have spent hundreds of dollars on a five-year warranty-guarantee as well as a 10 year warranty -guarantee who are about to find out that they will not only honor the warranty, but also the guarantee of getting 50% of your money back if you never have to use the warranty.
