It had been about 4 years since the last seal coat and cracks and surface wear was showing. Daniel Sterio/owner/operator scoped out the work with me, negotiated the price and schedule. All work was done as per agreement in a professional and courteous manner. Daniel and Tim were the workers on the job, and they completed, cleaned up, and departed within 3 hours; they left the site in great shape. Daniel reviewed the work with me after completion to make sure that I was happy with the work. I asked Dan to check with me in 2-5 years for possible reseal coating or recrack seal and seal coating because I would hire them again.

11/16/2023 - the tech showed up at my house to install a sump pump. When i inquired, the tech said…read moreit would be 1 to 1.5 hours. After a half hour, he was done. What did you do, I asked. He informed me that he had placed a 5-gallon perforated bucket in the crawlspace, placed the sump pump in the bucket and connected the power. He charged the $750 he had quoted. The pump is a Zoeller 1/3 HP which sells for $200 on Amazon, though the tech said it cost him $238. So, he charged me $512 for 1/2 hour, i.e., $1024 per hour.
