Owner is very judgmental and yelled at me on the phone. I only used 1 laser treatment, and that one was half assed done too. She claimed it would work on white hair, and it did not. The laser is supposed to be done every 4-6 weeks, I wanted a 4 week appointment, and they did not accommodate. When I couldn't do it anymore, and needed it at the 4 week mark, they were all "booked." She admonished me for plucking the hair out, and said I should "shave." How about she shaves? She offers no guarantee and is quick to push your opinions down, even when I asked for a 4 week window. Then she was encouraging me to cancel my next appointment without offering to reschedule after. So now what? I lose my money?????? read more

These people are dishonest and offer awful service. The owner told me I would need more than 6 treatments "by looking at me". I was wearing a hat, long sleeves, nothing exposed. So full of **it. Don't trust these people. Same owners of Sleek Laser, which also failed from being dishonest. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I bought a cryolipolysis package from Groupon just to check this place out, to try a new treatment and to ultimately find a new spa to frequent. The first time I came the woman working had absolutely horrendous breath which is something I normally wouldn't comment on but it's a med spa and in this setting, personal hygiene of employees is extremely important. I elect to have my upper arms treated. The 2 machines in the room are completely different.. suggesting to me that the equipment may have been bought second hand or damaged but at a super low price, whatever just not a good look. After messing with the machines for a while she finally get the suction to work and fixes the machines in place. The treatment ends and while scheduling my next appointment the woman calls someone on the TV the R word. Mortified, I leave. TREATMENT 2.. this where things got awful. I arrive, same woman is working. She takes me back to the room, begins to try to put the machines in place, again on my upper arms. This time she straight up couldn't figure it out. Not only could she not figure out how to treat the requested area.. she never puts on gloves. Never wipes the area down. Also while all of this is taking place, she lets me know that she's sick. At that time she runs out of the room gagging and presumably goes and throws up. She returns and assures me that she has nothing contagious and that it's just stress. Oh okay. She continues to try to get the machines on my arms and at that time I suggest we just do my stomach to make it easier. Still no gloves or mask on. She finally gets the machines on my stomach and the procedure begins. Before she exits the room, she apologizes for getting sick and then tells me that she's had the stomach bug for a few days. What? Didn't you just say it was stress. Honestly, I'm so grossed out by my experience, I still have one treatment left on my Groupon and I will NEVER use it. Just don't come here. The only reason I didn't run out is because the procedure is non invasive. Don't come here at all, but under no circumstances should you come here for injectables or treatments involving lasers. Not worth the risk. Completely unprofessional and honestly just gross. Avoid this place, as they lack integrity. If I could give them zero stars I would. I booked a Wednesday night 6:00 pm appointment to have one Cryolipolysis Fat Freeze Treatment at the Royal Aesthetic Center in Milford, MA. The person I spoke to, Ana (Anabelle) called me on my cell phone mid-day on Wednesday (1/15/2020) to say that they had lost power in Milford and requested that my appointment be changed to Friday at 6:00 pm instead. I reiterated the date to her and said, "This Friday the 17th, are you sure?" and she said "Yes." So, I drove nearly an hour to Milford, after work, on Friday night for my appointment. Upon arrival, the nail tech there informed me that Ana had left for the day. I told her of our confirmed appointment and so she called Ana on her cell phone to check on the situation, at my request. Ana spoke to me on the phone and said she would "try" to come back to the spa. I asked the nail tech if this type of thing happened there often and she shrugged, implying that it sometimes did. A few minutes later, Ana arrived, accompanied by a man. She began arguing that she had never made the Friday night appointment with me, then said she had made it for Thursday night instead, and finally said she had tried to call me that very day (Friday). There was no call or message on my phone. She was lying and talking over me - thereby not letting me respond. I felt she didn't want the man that was there to know of her dishonesty and mess-up. Meanwhile, she opened her purse, took out a bundle of exactly $200. in cash (the amount I had paid in advance on my credit card for the Cryolipolysis Fat Freeze Treatment) and plopped it down on the counter. She did not hand the money to me, nor did she look me in the eye. After I counted and picked up the money, she asked me to sign a receipt that I had gotten all of my money back. Ana was dismissive and rude - never offering me the treatment she had scheduled, not apologizing, and never suggesting another appointment time. She asked the man with her to also initial the paper to sign that the $200. had been taken out of their account and had been refunded to me. This spa is surely a shifty operation.
