I've since come in for a couple of different treatments and am always blown away by both the commitment to excellence and the customer service. (It's the little extras like seeing if you'd like a water and ALWAYS calling to follow up with you afterwards that go a long way in my book). Timea might be the kindest person I've ever met. She makes me feel incredibly comfortable and taken care of, and she is great about explaining the procedures. I wasn't seeing great results for my first 6 sessions at different locations, but after my final two sessions at Wellesley LaserAway, thanks to RN Stephanie Loynd & RN Amy Huang, I see massive improvements and almost no hair growth. It's because these two ladies aren't stingy about zapping and are so precise and thorough. And huge thanks to the front receptionist for all your help and advice, DJ Lisa Griswold. I see complaints at other locations about how the treatment is expensive and they see no results. The reason is because the wrong nurse is administering the laser treatment. You won't go wrong with Stephanie L. and Amy H. as your RNs. We're paying $$ thousands of dollars, so it's only right that we get thorough treatments that we can actually see results from.
