While sitting at a red light, I noticed dog hair stuck all over the dashboard--clearly held on by some kind of shine product like Armor All, not removed properly. The front interior lights and sunroof controls were still visibly dirty and looked completely untouched. When I got home, my boyfriend pointed out that a panel on the back of the driver's seat was hanging off due to a missing clip--something that definitely wasn't like that when I dropped it off. The front seats may have had a shiny finish, but they were still dirty around the shoulders, and the back door cup holder had grime built up around the edges and bottom. Literally there are too many missed areas to mention. For a detail that took from 9 to 2, the result was underwhelming. It looks more like a basic vacuum and quick shine than a full $225 detail job. The time taken wouldn't have been an issue if the job had been done thoroughly, but unfortunately, it wasn't. For that price, I could've cleaned it myself on Colfax and gotten better results. I won't be returning and can't recommend this place based on my experience.

When i picked up the car they hadn't even wiped down the inside of the car. I asked him to do it and he did it using no elbow grease and didn't go over the inside again when I asked. I had to take the bottle and rag from him and do it myself. On the drive back to my daughter's apartment I found more and more that wasn't cleaned and lots of dust left behind. I paid almost $400 for a job I could have had done at a regular car wash and they would have done a better job. I would not recommend them and I would not take my car to this shop. After measuring the paint thickness (unfortunately thin as apparently common for Mazda), Shawn recommended not buffing out the paint and explained how the film would hide most of the visible damage. Leo's schedule seemed to pack up fast, but most definetly because of the quality of work. It was about an hour drive to the shop, I'd for sure make the drive again. I will be taking my next car to his shop, it's a trustworthy business which is hard to come by these days. He was also very good about not touching the aftermarket parts I had on the car, nothing was damaged or scratched at all, and he still got the crevices around them. A few months after the buff job I got rear ended and needed the receipts for insurance, he was able to resend everything to me no problem within the same day I requested them.
