It was an ass chewing session out in public on the street. Boss screaming at an employee. Totally awful situation! I walked in and told them I am here. The receptionist said the owner will be available shortly. I asked if the lady screaming her lungs out at the hair stylist on the street will be cutting my hair and they said yes. Well is she ok to cut my hair? I don't want super angry person who cannot handle her emotions to cut my hair at the moment of anger...I am having these thoughts for few minutes and realized that I cannot condone this kind of behavior. I told the screaming owner who was still going at it with her employee on the street that this is inappropriate and I will not be her customer. So I left! PS: after posting the review the owner of the business left a comment below indicating they she was not screaming at her employee, and I had no right to place picture on Yelp, and I don't know what was going on! She was screaming at her employee about work related stuff which was clear, and she was red in her face how drastic it was! Her employees gave me permission to take a picture of them for Yelp review at the time when I was hoping to use their service and as an elite Yelper I always ask before taking pictures. Employees also indicated that the owner was unhappy with that particular person but they offered a different stylist which I declined on principle. I said yes please, it's just so thick in the back. He scoffed at me, because he had just gone on about how thin my hair was, then said something about fading it up. I said no thanks. He asked how much I wanted off. I said, "I'm not sure, maybe a half inch?". He said, "A HALF inch? I GUESS, but" and then under his breath, "that's not gonna really do anything...". I immediately removed the gown thing and he protested like a bad ex. "Let me explain something to YOU", he said. I excused myself. Three employees were sitting down chatting away while I waited for my appt. I went because i wanted to cut my hair into a long bob but my consultation specialist looked at my hair and said my hair was fried. There was nothing he could do, I was so confused. I said, I'm not here to dye my hair. I'm here for a haircut. He said, I know. You need keratin and once your hair gets healthy I could try.
