They were both extremely kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout my visit. The spa itself is beautiful, clean, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. I really loved that it isn't a typical spa office setting. It's located in an older Victorian-style home in Shadyside, which gives it a unique and cozy feel that adds to the overall experience. Even the front desk staff (I believe her name was Laura) was so welcoming and friendly. Everyone I interacted with made me feel right at home.
