During our first conversation with Peter, I was left feeling assured that Royal Blue would be a great fit for our need to shuttle about 100 employees to and from the airport. Peter is very professional and kind, and has the best prices around. However, we had several issues following our first conversation that has led me to rate this company as three stars. First off, the email response time is not ideal. There were several times were I never received any response back, or it took serval days to get a response back. Secondly, I do not find Cindy's manner to be very professional. Instead of working to find solutions to our problem I will discuss next, she informed me a little too much about her personal situation and health issues as excuses for the late replies. It was unwanted information and made me feel uncomfortable. I, of course, have empathy for her situation, but find it has no place during a business discussion between a company and their first time client. Thirdly, we had to hand hold the entire process. I was reassured by Cindy that she "does this all the time" and that there would be no issues. We sent over our pick up and drop off list with flight times and it came back with several errors. When I attempted to correct the original errors by emailing back what had to be fixed, I received a second version with only half the errors fixed. Clearly she was not paying attention to detail or even completely reading my emails where I called out exactly what needed to be fixed. This went on for quite some time until I finally told her to just use my document and not to change anything. It took me too much time to go through every single line item to ensure it was correct because of how many errors there were on their version. I should not have had to do this and again find it very unprofessional that I had to baby sit the process. Lastly, we never received anything in writing. I asked serval times for a quote or contract or something to ensure the service was booked and guaranteed, but never got anything in writing until after the service was completed. Again, very unprofessional. I'll end with saying that the day-of service seemed to go off well and without error. I received positive feedback from the riders and no one appeared to arrive late or get left behind. This i find to be the most important aspect of the service, and thus rate them 3 stars. read more

I rented a shuttle van on my wedding day to get myself,bridal party and our of town guests to and from my hotel to the venue and back to the hotel. Peter the owner was unable to accommodate 30 people so I dropped it to 14.the pickup time was for 4 p.m. And my ceremony started at 5the shuttle service never showed up .I never got a phone call either to let me know what was going on. It turns out the owner had sent them to the wrong address by the time the van turned around and came to the correct address all of my guest except for two had found other ways of Transportation.I had scheduled to pick up that night to run every hour at 10 11 and 12 to get my guests back to the hotel. The van never showed up again until 1115 and at that time I had no longer needed them. I called the company trying to resolve this issue and get a refund for money .They charged me 300 dollars for all of this and because I had to pay another transportation company I could really not afford it.well on the phone the owner Peter Russell started screaming and yelling at me and then hung up the phone after admitting that it was his mistake and that he had read the email wrong I still have yet to get my refund he will not answer my calls or my emails I filled with the Better Business Bureau because he's definitely not a better business beware if you need a ride anywhere especially to and from the airport do not call themI've also spoken with several employees who stated he is stolen our paychecks and it had to take him to small claims court to get their hard earned money.This is a shady company run by an even shadier man.beware It is January 12 and I have yet to hear from the owner. I have filled in small claims court and now we have a court date. Will keep you all posted. read more

we have always had a great experience with them. Peter,Cindy and Jerome have been great. their cars have always been great. jerome has been our primary driver he has been absolutely amazing with my groups.cindy has filled in for us a few times she has been wonderful.you do need make reservations for your pick up/drop off if you want picked up at a certain time like all of them. i have used most of the ride service companies in the denver area over the last 10 years. i have dropped my last local service to use RBCS. i had 1 hiccup but they made it right. we have used them at least 15 times. we have used them for spur of the moment shows/games and they have always been accommodating. i will continue using their great service. read more

This is the worst mismanaged company out there! I do not recommend them to my worst enemy. I arranged and pre paid for my wedding party to be shuttled from the hotel to the venue and the same for the return trip. The driver went to the wrong address provided to her by the owner of the company, showed up an hour late to the hotel. I had to make other last minute emergency arrangements to get my people and myself to MY OWN WEDDING. To top it off, royal blue car service sent a return car TWO HOURS LATE to get us back to the hotel. When I called to discuss the issue, Peter the owner proceeded to yell and scream and eventually hang up on me. This issue has now been moved to small claims court. If I could give them less then one star I would !!! I called in to try and get a ride from work and the lady who answered was either slow or just a complete idiot didn't know how much anything cost didn't know where anything was and talked like she was a 13 year old kid. Then she proceeded to tell me she was gonna call me back in 1 min with all that information, of course she didn't and when I called back she continuously forwarded my call . I would never recommend this taxi service to anyone very unprofessional and they clearly hire uneducated employees . read more

Worst company out there. To their credit if you have a one way they usually pick up on time. The ride home is an issue. I've ridden with them multiple times and it's always a train wreck. Last time I waited an hour and then they added more passengers to our "private car". That combined with the fact that the piece of junk we rode in had 380,000 sealed the deal. It's not worth the few bucks you save to sit around and hope they get you. If they do, then you hope the pos car doesn't break down on the ride home. Not a well run company. read more

1/27/16 Royal Blue told me they would credit my card for the amount owed to us as a refund (due to a duplicate charge) on 12/16. The credit has still not been received. I would not recommend doing business with this company. They will not respond to my calls or emails. read more

They were a lifesaver! They showed up on a moment's notice in the middle of nowhere on a Saturday afternoon and got us to the airport quick and safe. They offered to wait and take us to a hotel and rental car area too. Can not say enough good things! read more

While visiting friends In Broomfield we stayed at the Westin hotel and they refered us to this unprofessional, old car with 200,000 miles on it, that smelled like smoke any BO and the driver was the "owner "who was from England (PETER) and walked with a gimpy leg and was a condescending "Wanker" nothing was his fault for being late for our trip to the airport he blamed his drivers for not showing up to work or quitting on him. Funny part he is the owner and did not own up to his companies failures. We missed our flight, he would not take a faster route that we knew of and became so irate we thought he was going to pull over in The middle of the highway and kick us out. He even started spitting while yelling just a crazy person will never use "royal blue in the face" car service ever again!!!!! Also while looking up there business license for colorado they are registered as a "limousine company" if it is bigger in Texas it is smaller in Denver a old Audi A8 is not a limosine!!!! read more
